The location was perfect very close to main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, had chocolate on Easter Sunday felt special.

The toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom where the sink was but it was only slight issue.

Location was superb. Right round the corner from the hugely impressive stephens cathedral and walking distance from museums, cafes, restaurants. The room was pleasant and comfortable and clean. We loved the big sliding window which meant we could get a good view of the world going by. Fridge was great to have.

One lamp on the table didn't work. Only one plug socket on either side of the bed worked, which meant you could have either the lamp or phone plugged in, but not both. There was a tablet on the table, which we presumed would give us some info about breakfast prices, etc but wasn't working at all. We were told it was for decoration? They need to spend a little money sorting these things out and there would have been no complaints. The negatives didn't impact our stay too much, but noticeable and a bit irritating.

They were kind enough to upgrade us which was a very pleasant surprise, we absolutely loved the Deluxe Double Room. It was surprisingly spacious and had great amenities (a sleeping kit, slippers, bathroom amenities), a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator in the room. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were also kind, and the tea in the lobby is a thoughtful touch. The location is also very walkable and we had no problems with street noise.

We couldn't change the room temperature (the panel didn't work), which was inconvenient, but we could open the window which helped. Otherwise, we were perfectly content!

All the Staff especially the receptions Sahra and all, When asking for advice they where there to help any time. Location super. Breakfast excellent. That welcome hot tea during day and night was super. Very safe to walk to the hotel from city centre. We recomand the hotel to the best possible. Especially for seniors

Prices of restaurants in certain places.

The hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Shops, restaurants, metro stations, museums etc., all easily reached by foot or metro. The area felt safe, even at night. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony upon asking and want to say a huge thank you to the amazing receptionist, Franck, for making our stay even better. The room was clean and had everything you'd need (toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, eye mask, earplugs and even a little bottle of pillow spray).

Although the hotel was situated on a quieter side street and we were on the 8th floor, cars blasting loud music with deep bass could be heard at night (with the balcony door shut). That being said, earplugs and the white noise coming from the aircon unit certainly help with that. The aircon in our room wasn't great, but we survived just fine. The pillows were also super uncomfortable.

The location was exceptional steps away from the pedestrian section but still able to bring Ubers or Taxis close when needed. . The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The room is sparsely furnished with slanted ceiling, my husband is 6'2 so it was a little challenging for him. I am sure that is not every room. Also, there was only a small mirror in the room that was freestanding collum, if two people are getting ready a bigger mirror is helpful for the other person to do hair and makeup.

We booked this hotel on our trip to Eastern Europe, we stayed in this hotel in Vienna for 4 days. Hotel is located about 5 minutes from city center, very close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation was very good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent as well. At the time of our arrival the room wasn't available since we got to the hotel around 8 am. The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage in their storage area and we went for a nice breakfast in the city. Would highly recommend this hotel. We also arranged our pick up from the airport through the reception desk prior to our arrival / drop off. Would definitely come back.

Little noisy in the morning, sanitation services picking up trash and being Little noisy with dumpsters. No other dislikes.

The location is prefect, near to the mtr and bus station, also surrounded by cafes, boutiques. The staff were helpful as well. I remebered one night that was freaking cold with raining, I complained a bit on the weather, the staff asked if I need a cup of hot chocolate to warm myself up. Really appreciate that, thanks!

I think the lighting could be better, as it was a bit dark for reading at book at night in the room.

Everything was made perfect for us by the staff. Initially we were given a room that had a separate toilet which didn't suit my partner's needs but Franck was very helpful and moved us to another room. The breakfast was superb and so was the location, the beds very comfortable and everything else was provided on request. We will be back!

Nothing really, perhaps a few more cups and teabags/milk/sugar in the room but that was provided promptly on request so I would definitely recommend this place

Excellent location - just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and Stefansplatz. 10 minutes to the Albertina and Sacher hotel. The staff were really helpful and the evening manager was just so kind - we were given complimentary hot drinks. Had access to our room early and lots of help with accessing local restaurants. Our room overlooked the Main Street and it really was not noisy at night (as others have commented).
