The location is in the centre of Vienna, where you can visit the stephansplats plaza and attend many activities. The staff members are very helpful and polite, whether the lady in the evening shift or in the morning shift, and so are the guys in both shifts. They answered all my questions and clarified whatever I needed. I really appreciate that. The breakfast was one the best meals I ever had in Vienna, the restaurant name is: Go Wien the food was delicious and the service was excellent 👍🏻

What I didn’t like was that I had to grab my 4 luggage and take them to my room in the 3 floor, no one was there to help or even offer an assistance both in check in and check out. But anyway I have to thank the good lady in the morning I asked her to keep my luggage in the front desk after I checked out until I bring my car from the company, she agreed. I appreciate that too.

Nice hotel in the city center of Wien. For sightseeing it is a perfect choice because of the location where everything is really nearby. Breakfast is relly good! Everything was fresh and supeer tasty. staff of the hotel friendly & nice

due to location hotel is pretty small. Small halls & rooms - at the begining feels like on the cruise on the ship .) Space for breakfast is very small around 9 when almost all the clients go down it is pretty much overcrouded. in the streest nerby has been recostruction so you can hear a lot of noise in the morning.

There isn't much to say about this run-of-the-mill city hotel, except one thing which I really liked: It is perfect if you arrive by car. Not only is it easy to get to, but also the hotel is in a quiet street, and there is plenty of space at the door to leave the car to unload / load the luggage. The hotel has an agreement with a parking garage minutes away both by car and on foot. 28 EUR per day, but that's Vienna to you (would have been 44 without the hotel discount). Otherwise the hotel is OK. The location is excellent.

Both the room and the bathroom were a bit on the small-ish side.

Everything was excellent from check in to checkout. Staff were great, speaking English really well, (shamed I can’t speak any Austrian), we had a little problem with some of our party’s booking and this was dealt with excellence! Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of variety for everyone. We found the location of the hotel to be second to none, so close within walkIng distance to many restaurants and the beautiful Cathedral and other beautiful sights round the city.

Hand on heart, really couldn’t find fault with anything!

Excellent central, old town location, plenty of restaurants, museums, sites to visit. Room was on tiny side but did not bother us. Heating very good, and hot water reached 8th floor. Very clean, breakfast OK but not too fancy (same items every day). Transit nearby (subway, streetcars) will take you anywhere you want. Reception was very professional, helpful, welcoming, nice, smiling people (thanks Haitham for all your help). The hotel did give me the quiet room I have asked for, so thanks for that!

Bathroom could use a different door, as the sliding glass door does not give you much privacy. Room lightening could be better, with a dimming option. No choice of US/Canadian TV channels, which I found bizarre, but later I understood English is not so much en vogue in Austria, and you may be surprised you may not find your activity brochure in English. Learn German, or Russian, as these languages seem most valued in Austria :). Watch out those Mozart or Opera ticket resellers dressed up as Austrian folks, as they will cheat you with overpriced tickets. Make reservations in advance to Opera, Musikverein, Kursalon etc. And go to Salzburg one day if you are there, totally worth it!

The hotel is located in a great area of Vienna, really close to the city center and to a metro station. The room was beautiful comfortable, clean and quite. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, there was variety of things. Overall we were very satisfied!

Everything was to the point, nothing really bothered us and we would definietely stay there again if we have the chance. However, there wasn't anything "wow". Maybe having a double duvet instead of two single ones could have made my stay a bit better. (Though, It was super nice that the bed was a true double bed and not two single ones connected).

I've liked everything, the kindness of staff and the cleanliness of the room, also the fact of leaving us Nespresso capsules in the room is such a great idea

the door of the bathroom doesn't give enough privacy, it is made of glass and you can hear and see everything through it

The hotel is perfectly located, the only place we didn't walk to was the Schonbrun Palace. Cleanliness of our room & all areas was spot on. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Complimentary mini bar of soft drinks in our room was a nice touch as was the bottle of wine & chocolate left in our room on my husband's 60th birthday. Highly recommended

Lovely welcome on arrival which is always good after a tiring journey. Location was very good, in the historic centre of the city, a short walk from Stephensdom and main thoroughfare and only a minute or two the other way from the metro station. There is a bar and restaurant attached where you have breakfast. We also ate there a couple of times and food was good.

Room size was 'compact', enough room for the bed and access around it but not a lot more. This isn't a complaint just an observation and wasn't a problem at all for us as we were out most of the time. Bed was too firm for my taste but that's a personal preference. All in all, no issues just observations.

the location was good to get to all the Christmas markets and everything we wanted to do. staff were all very friendly and polite from the maids spoke to to the receptionist and restaurant staff. the bed was very comfortable one of the nicest stayed in. the room was great and very cosy

we didn’t get told to use the room key to activate the lift so the first day we stood like idiots for a few minutes in and out of the lift however it is a good feature just wasn’t communicated to us. restaurant menu wasn’t very big and with its pricing we chose to eat outside of hotel.
