Location, staff, breakfast

Malfunction internet in our room. Also, bad experience during check-in. I was told that my confirmed reservation is cancelled and have no more room available! However after one hour of following up with booking.com and the hotel itself we got our room and a free breakfast to make up for the miss understanding☺️

Building is very architectural from its outside. Indoor space is a bit old and not renovated, but very clean and organized. The hotel’s staff is kind and welcoming.

During our stay they were renovating the building nearby, very noisy in the mornings.

Best location for Vienna, right in the centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants, close to public transport stations. Room was big, well decorated and luxurious. Staff were excellent, eager to help with anything and very friendly.

The bar was closed when we stayed, which was unfortunate as we received a free drink token upon check in. The walls in the room were badly scuffed in some places, would need to be painted.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—close to everything we needed and super convenient for exploring the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

The parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel, but it’s a very pleasant stroll, so we didn’t mind too much. The rooms are quite dark and have a spooky, moody atmosphere—definitely suited for a romantic couple looking for something a little different. We stayed on the first floor, and while the view was unique and "interesting," it gave us the strange sensation of sleeping right on the street.

A lovely boutique hotel in a really great location … within a short walking distance to most of the best sights to see in Vienna. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us a fantastic offer to dine at Cosmo Kitchen at a nearby sister hotel … which was a superb dining experience! Breakfast was good and waiter staff looked after us so well! And serving until 11:00, which was perfect timing for us!

We had a nice room with a great shower but the bed and bedding were not so comfortable. And the lift in our building was slow and you had to wait some time if busy.

Absolutely fantastic staff except Guido , very accommodating. Views were good. We felt very well cared for during our stay and the amenities were well thought out.

one of the staff was very rude ! called Guido . the lounge close at 11:00 PM and we were about to get in the lounge at 10:45 PM and he said we closed with angry face ! we told him it is not 11:00 Pm yet and again told us the same thing we closed ! and then the other lady in the reception said no you still have 15 minutes. He said another many bad things that we never heard from any other hotel especially from 4 stars hotel !

Lovely breakfast and we loved the fact that we could use the salon where the breakfast was served through out the day and have tea/coffee with little chocolate or biscuit. The hotel is right in town so very easy to walk everywhere which is very convenient. One day was raining so we were in and out of hotel during a whole day. The staff even lend umbrellas to us as we did not have any with us. We chose the hotel for its location but also because it is close to the river where we were taking a boat to capital city of Slovakia. It only take 1 hr and 15 mins and it is such a lovely trip if you fancy exploring another beautiful city in Europe- Bratislava.

This is a great hotel with an amazing location in the heart of Vienna, beautiful interior design, and great views of the Stephansplatz and Cathedral. I really liked the welcome bottle of wine and the helpful team too.

While the reception team was friendly and welcoming, they struggled with technicalities. They could not give me a functioning room key for the first four hours, so I had to swing by the reception twice to get into my room which was in another building. It was not a major problem and was eventually resolved late, but such shortcomings can be avoided with better training.

we stayed in Topaz ...the rooms are beautiful and comfy. the bathroom was of a high standard the room was a little hot but we got that sorted. there is tea and coffee. there is free drinks , wine and snacks for afternoon tea downstairs . the location is excellent and a bargain when you take into account the price. the staff were always very helpful.

room very warm bed a little soft for me ...but my wife loved it. otherwise its a great place for a city break . we stayed 5 nights.
