Location: V good. bus, tram and train connections only 3-4 minutes walk away. Room size: large Room: Has a fridge, mini bar, air con, toiletries, coffee machine, large TV, safety box. Window blinds and curtains can completely block the sun light. Room cleaning service - daily. Comfort: bed was very comfortable. Staff speak English. I would recommend this hotel.

This is my honest review, the only thing I felt strange was unwelcoming reception staff. A smile doesn’t cost anything. Staff at the bar on the other hand were friendly. I’m sure their smile was free!

The atmosphere and design of the hotel are lovely and inspiring, we fell in love with it almost immediately and had a great time sitting at the lobby over drinks or having breakfast. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and functional, despite its unusual layout choice.

The only thing that marred the experience was the shower - besides the transparent shower wall which is a love-it-or-hate-it feature, the water pressure in the shower was quite low and the mixer faucet was too sensitive, making it very hard to get a decent shower without accidentally making the water too hot or too cold.

Everything! The room is big and comfortable, modern design, i also liked the shower, hot water and big windows outside. The stuff was friendly and helpful, they helped us to book a restaurant :) there are lockers to put your things after checkout:) it’s really close to the train station so you can easily travel from the hotel!

The restaurant it a bit expensive for what you get.. they took payment even for the ketchup and mayonnaise (which should come for free with a burger 🤔), and we drank tea and it was very expensive as well. I would expect them to be more transparent about that.

We were upgraded to the 6th floor Panorama Room as I had mentioned the stay was part of my birthday celebrations. The room was utterly awesome, with surround views of the city. The decor quirky, very clean and contemporary. The bed was super comfy, the shower excellent with nice toiletries. We were also offered coffee pod facilies and the minibar, as part of the upgrade, was free of charge, a wonderful gesture. The hotel is within walking distance of the main station, 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn, and across is the tramline, excellent for planning our stay. The Belvedere is next door and ideal for a first visit or last visit. Luggage can be left in secure lockers, so practical if timing is of the essence.

If you are light sensitive, take great care at closing the many blinds and curtains without any gaps. The curtains are very efficient but not totally blackout although for me it was fine. There is urban noise coming from the very busy traffic below but this is unavoidable and again, did not really bother me due to the very decent sound proofing. On the first morning we were too late for the breakfast and ended up having the non-resident breakfast which was quite pricey (but excellent).

It was a hotel we decided on after reading the reviews on Booking.com. It was very close to the city center, right next to Belvedere Palace and within walking distance to everywhere. Very close to Fasangasse, Südtiroler Platz, Quartier Belvedere S stops. Across from Vienna Train Station I would like to thank the receptionists (Ahmet, Christina and Songül) who greeted us with a smile from the moment we entered the hotel. They were very interested and concerned, and sincerely helped. The hotel's facilities were very nice. The room was very comfortable. The open buffet breakfast was great. Hot, cold, appetizers, fruit varieties, etc. were sufficient. If you have a trip to Vienna, you can choose this hotel. See you on my next trip to Vienna :) Thank you for everything.

Attractive decor and stylish interior. Comfortable bed and lovely hot shower with their own brand of soap which was really nice. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Good coffee and drinks from the bar. Had a lovely meal there the first night. Close to tram and train stops and the Belvedere. Easy walking distance of a very nice Greek restaurant nearby.

First hotel I’ve stayed in that doesn’t have black out curtains. The office style metal blinds didn’t cut out all the light and the old-style glazing didn’t cut out the noise from the busy road at the front of the building, so our sleep was disturbed a lot.

Room clean, modern and spacious enough. Excellent breakfast, available until 10 am on weekdays which suited me well. Reasonable food at the bakery throughout the day including vegetarian options. Location on the ring road near the station seemed at first a bit remote but the hotel is actually right next to the Belvedere parks and botanical gardens so you can have a lovely walk into the city centre through the parks. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the vibe is pleasantly informal.

All the rooms have thin, metal-slatted venetian blinds. This looks good and modern but the blind didn't keep the light out. I would have liked to have an additional curtain.

Delicious breakfast, a large selection of both food and drinks. The hotel is close to the Belvedere Palace and gardens and you can easily walk to the city centre. Also, the tram and underground stations are pretty close. I don't know how it looks in other rooms, but ours had the shower as part of the room, so I wouldn't recommend it for anything else than staying in with your partner or a very close friend :D

The hotel is on a bustling street and the cars are heard inside despite the closed windows. We were woken up by a few ambulances during the night. But they have rooms facing the other side so I suppose it can be calmer.

The day we arrived there was an issue with a cooling system in the hotel, and we were unable to get the temperature lower than 24 degrees in our room. To compensate for the inconvenience we were offered a bigger room on the same floor which was already a couple of degrees colder. There will always be problems, but it's nice when they are handled in a professional manner - which was exactly what happened here.

The parking is on the -4 level and the elevator was not working which made it a bit inconvenient to "onboard" and "offboard" with a toddler. The ETA when the elevator will be fixed was not provided.

We had a great short stay in Hotel Daniel. It's really cleverly refurbished and loved the double aspect of our panorama room. Staff were really helpful and friendly and we'd definitely stay again. Brilliant location for the train station and not far to walk to take in all the sights.

We arrived about 10pm and unfortunately our shower was broken (the shower head flew off when switched on). Initially reception asked that we wait until the morning to shower, but after 10 hours of travelling we were pretty desperate. On request they kindly let us use another room to shower so we did manage to get a clean night's sleep - and were really grateful!
