The hotel is located right next to the Botanical Gardens of the Vienna University and the three palaces: the Belvedere castle, Palais Schwarzenberg, and the Orangery of the Lower Belvedere. The city centre is within walking distance, with several restaurants and bars even closer. Even though the hotel is located very near the inner city, it is quite easily accessible from the main highway; the train and tram stations are on the same street. Despite the proximity of traffic, the rooms are quiet, and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Breakfast options are plentiful, including a variety of egg dishes made fresh on order.

Very modern hotel with comfortable, spacious and soundproof rooms. You couldn't hear a thing, it was so quiet, even though the hotel is located in a busy street with trams passing by. I particularly liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't available yet, but we could leave our luggage at the reception. An hour later they already called us to say our room was ready. The location is good, not too far from the train station and near Belvedere. There's public transport nearby, but we did everything by foot. This is a great place to stay for several nights. Great value for money too. If we ever return to Vienna, we will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very tasty.

When we checked in, we were told that there was a small "problem" and, although we booked a room for two people, only one breakfast was included, the second one costing about 20 euros per day. I never heard of this in my entire life.

Location was 10 minute walk from the central train station, 3 subway stops, 12 euro taxi, minutes from the Belvedere. Steps away from the trams that either went directly to major sites or easy connections. Very safe- 2 women walking late at night feeling safe. The rooms were roomy and lovely, daily service. Welcome water and chocolates and fruit. Nice toiletries. No robes but I did see them so could have asked. Every person in the hotel greeted me warmly, made me feel welcome. Rudimentary gym but in a nice space. Lovely breakfast buffet. The bar which I gave the lower score was not great food but again lovely staff. It was my birthday- not mentioned ever- and on the day a large bottle of wine, small cake, chocolates awaited me in my room. Would definitely stay again. I like a slightly softer bed,(my friend thought her bed was perfect) but lots of pillows, nice linens, perfect temperature. Good black out curtains. I travel a lot and this hotel met all my requirements. Not luxurious but clean, bright, attractive well executed design. Never intrusive always thoughtful. That would be my bottom line thoughtful.

Very friendly staff!!! 3 minutes walk to tram station with direct connection to opera. Access to garage parking (at time of writing 18€ per day). Belvedere is accessable by foot. Locations for drinks nearby. The hotel is in the ambassador district, so lots of nice buildings when walking. Big plus, bathroom privacy!

Due to the adjacent park, a few bugs flew in. But the park is great (botanical garden). At time of stay minor construction ongoing, thankfully not noisy

Lovely spacious rooms with everything you need. Very clean. We bought some flowers as a gift for someone we were visiting and the front desk provided us with a vase to keep them fresh in which was really helpful. Great Aircon in rooms and windows you could open wide. Really appreciated being given adjoining rooms as we were four adult family members travelling together and it made the weekend more fun. We had to ask for the safe to be reset manually when we arrived which they did quickly, they also bought us more coat hangers on request. Great location for getting to other parts of the city due to the tram stops right outside. Not loads right next to the hotel but not far to get to other things. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Some front desk staff not the friendliest and check-in could have been quicker. The mattresses are all very soft and sink in the middle. All four of us had the same issue. I think they need upgrading. Our family in the adjoining room had key card issues and only one of the two worked. Double sinks much appreciated, however only one soap dispenser worked. The hotel in general was very hot, due to the glass ceiling creating a greenhouse effect over the hallway/atrium but not an issue in rooms as effective Aircon and windows that could be opened wide. Hotel evening food served in bar area could be improved - it's basic. Overall despite these negatives it was great value for money and we would all stay again.

The room was big, nice and cosy. I loved the extra space. Great soundproofing. Nice, super comfy bed. Great breakfast with lots of options and even sparkling wine! Nice location with a railway station nearby from where you can take the train to the airport. We walked every day to the center and back.

The location is nice if you prefer walking but the nearest metro station is in 1.1 kilometers. Since it is a 4 star hotel and a superior room, a pair of slippers and a bathrobe would be nice.

The hotel is beautiful - very tasteful, co-ordinated decor. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet, and the bottle of mineral water, some delicious chocolates and the large, tasty apple were all enjoyed and appreciated. The hotel is well sited - only 3-4 minutes walk to Rennweg Station (on the line to/from the airport - 20 minutes) or tram stop - and the transport is frequent and very well-priced. Walking to the the city centre is entirely possible (around 25 minutes), passing some marvellous architecture or visiting the Stadtpark. I chose not to eat in the hotel (but the breakfast sounded wonderful, and the restaurant menu very enticing), giving me greater flexibility regarding time, venue and closeness to theatres. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and a return visit is not if, but when! Soon, hopefully.

For me, the hotel is as near perfect as one would wish. I didn't make use of any of the facilities - too busy exploring the wonderful city of Vienna! - so can't make any comments regarding those.

I don't normally stay at this level of hotel, but since I was on the last leg of a long trip, I decided to spoil myself, and the price seemed very reasonable for this level. The hotel is very attractive. The room was very large and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a large writing desk, a mini-sofa and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and elegant, with good lighting and ample facilities. One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location 3 minutes away from an S-Bahn station with a direct line to the airport on the one hand, and tram that goes directly to the centre on the other hand.

The bed mattress felt like it might be time to replace it, and was a bit sunk in the middle.

Breakfast was very good, location was quiet (close to Botanic gardens and Belvedere), room was spacious and very clean with many extra facilities (espresso machine, mini bar etc.). Reception staff was quick and efficient. Staff in general was happy to help and very kind. Overall a very nice and pleasant experience.

There is only one restaurant/bar in the hotel and definitely needs improvement. The menu for main courses does not provide many options and service was relatively slow, The hotel is not located in the city centre so you need transport means (public or taxi) to get there but is not so far.
