This was the best value hotel we found on Booking.com. It was clean and had the facilities we wanted. The rooms were a good size with traditional furniture and comfortable beds and a bathroom with a big bath and shower. Our room was serviced every day. The breakfast consisted of plenty of meat, cheese and bread with cereal and yogurt and coffee from an automatic machine - just one machine for everyone, which did cause some queues. There is a delightful and quiet garden out the back, however the garden lights were not working when we sat out there after dark. Reception is open 24 hours. The hotel is 5 minutes from from St. Marx station which has a direct connection to the airport and also a tram stop which takes you into the city. Alternatively, there is a U3 station about 10 minutes walk away which will take you to the city centre. There is an ALDI store next door (not open on Sundays!) and a kebab house and grill just down the street. The area around the hotel is peasant and quiet and a number of good restaurants are less than ten minutes walk away.

This is quite a traditional hotel which could do with a little bit of renovation although it was comfortable and clean enough. There is no air conditioning and when we visited during a heat wave it was hot in the rooms. There is no ice machine either.

I liked 24h reception, receptionist was helpful, room was spacious. Private parking for 15€ is recommended option, public parking lot is on the street with fees starting from 7am.

It happened first time in my life that Staff don't let getting meal during breakfast (fruit and piece of cake) one minute after 10 o'clock!!! even though everything was available on the table. At 9:30 we had to ask for any scrambled eggs (it was empty) and the cook did not give any feedback except showing kind of dissatisfaction...it was a bit weird but finally it was made. In the room was very hot during night and the noise from the street below did not allow to open any windows.

Good location (near bus, tram and metro stop), about 2 km from the Old Town. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices, coffee was very good. The hotel looked nice and was clean. We arrived earlier, and since the room was ready, we got it earlier. When we left, we were able to store our luggage until our departure at the hotel reception.

Very nice hotel for the money with a very friendly and helpful reception/staff. We also liked the breakfast quite a lot. The hotel can easily we reached by the normal OBB train from the airport, get out at station St Marx. From there it is 7 minutes walk to the hotel. Train trip takes about 20 minutes. If you like a walk you can easily walk from the hotel to the center of Vienna, takes about 45 minutes, we really enjoyed the walk.

1. The pillows of the beds were way to thin and shapeless. We were all complaining about it. The beds were good, nice and firm, no issues here. 2. The hallway can be quite noisy from other guest speaking out loud. My tip is to always put in earplugs for a good night sleep.

Great location, max 5min of walking to public transports. A lot of choice for breakfast, even possible to have breakfast in the hotel's garden. The personell was very polite and helpful with their advice about sight seing and best transport option.

I was expecting to have a parking slot included in the price - should be pointed out better that it is an additional cost. Luckily it was a weekend when parking in the street is for free. And still - hotel's parking place seemed to be quite small, not sure if it fits for more then 10 cars.

- More spacious showers in the Superior room. One could turn around and take a shower in peace and still have room. - Breakfast buffet - to choose from a lot of things that everyone, even picky people, has chosen. - In the end, my friend had a room in a different building than ours, but he had a classic room with a couch. - The rooms had tables and chairs. - bathrooms spacious and clean. We had everything close to the accommodation and I see no reason why we should not stay here again the next time we visit Vienna. :)

- The ceiling above our shower had loose and cracked plaster, but nothing too bad - pillows that are already too low and not shaped anymore. I had to borrow a pillow from a roommate who had some extra pillows in the closet.

Service was great, also the breakfast. The property is near the tram number 18 (half block walking) and UBahn, which is a bit further down. Breakfast was also very nice. We had a room in the first floor and at night there were some big lights heading directly towards our window, which made it hard to relax and sleep. They went off at 1.30am. There was also some loud music coming from outside or inside the hotel (we couldn't tell) which did not help either. But overall the stay was good and it is definitely worth the money. we recommend it.

Big lights heading directly towards our window room on first floor heading the street, it made it hard to relax and get sleep as they went off at 1.30am.

Thing that I liked: Is easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Has plenty of supermarkets/shops/restaurants nearby. The room was on the back on the hotel so super quiet, perfect to rest. Even the tiles in the bathroom were heated which is nice. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was really good, a lot of variety.

A couple of things I would like to mention, without diminishing the good concept I have of the hotel is: Maybe the staff should respect privacy a little bit more, there were no "Do not disturb" signs to put in the door, and the staff barely knocked before opening the door, first the housekeeper and then some maintenance guy about a window that didn't locked properly (which we hadn't even notice or mentioned anything about). I was working in the room and in the middle of a video-conference so it was kinda awkward. If the problem wasn't urgent enough to fix before our arrival, then they could have wait two more days or at least wait until we went out to the city to fix it. Also, some blinds to block the light for the night would have been nice. But overall was a nice stay.

The hotel is just as described and as expected. 24h reception with helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. There was discretionary tea available near reception. We stayed in a triple room, the bathroom was fine, really liked the shower. Some occasional inconvenience like the dated furniture (mentioned by others also) or too few power outlets but can’t say it impacted the overall experience hence the full score from my perspective. Parking in the hotel courtyard €15 per day depending on availability (seemed like 6 or 7 parking spaces total) or parking on the street €5,2 per day. Supermarket next door and kebab place, other shops nearby as well.
