It is in a great location if you need a metro station to move quickly into the city. It is Close to the food store if you need it. The rooms are great, clean, and new. The staff is great. Also, they have parking, 18 EUR per night, which is kind of expensive.

If your room will be close to the elevator – be ready. The doorbells on the elevator door are CRAZY ANNOING. You can hear all the sounds from the elevator and that doorbell whenever the elevator comes to your floor, just every two minutes. This is crazy haha

Pros: > Near metro line Erdberg station and options for buses or trams within 5 mins walk > Quiet and safe area, close enough to the city but far enough to have a restful evening > All mentioned amenities were present > Option for cheap and tasty breakfast > Bar and lounge area was very modern and good place to relax > Room was stylish, clean, and absolutely comfortable. The linens, towels, pillows, and duvet were fresh and so comfortable. > Room service were excellent too > Reception staff were helpful and professional. > We made use of their luggage storage which is super convenient > Place is nearby small shops, cafe, and stores > Wifi was reliable and fast > The room temp was also reliable and kept us warm during our winter stay, the windows also open enough to allow for ventilation > The heated shower floors were also very much appreciated, water temp and pressure was also great in both the day and evening > Good price for the value and most recommendable for short stays in Vienna

Cons: > A little commute is required for touristy Vienna spots but Vienna's transport system is one of the best in the world so I didn't mind > Parking is limited in the area it seems > If you care for having a nice view, there's not much to see from this area but again, that wasn't my priority especially during the rainy-winter time we spent in Vienna Nothing much to say since we only stayed for 2 nights but I would not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Vienna for longer.

We spent with my wife 4 days in August. Be prepared with one suitcase and a few pieces of clothes to hang on, as the room is rather small , otherwise very functional if you are prepared. If you prefer opening the window at night - is not place for you. The Hotel is close to the expressway. As long as you keep thw window shut you hear completely nothing , the aircondition is very quiet. Two minutes walking distance from the metro , four form shop - Billa , where you can find everything, including something for the braekfast. Very good location for visiting/sightseeing Vienna.

In the bathroom is difficult to find two separate space/hooks for the two towels if you are with a partner.

Perfectly planned operation, spotlessly clean, friendly and professional staff. Although the days of our vacation at Vienna were extremely cold, we had no issue as the heating system of the hotel was more than enough (some nights was to warm and we had to switch the heating off). Cheers to the reception staff and especially to Clara for always being attentive and friendly. Thank you!

For people with nutritious particularities, Vienna did not seem to be really friendly. It would be nice to have some basic options in the hotel menu as it would have made our stay easier.

The staff is outstanding. Polite, incredibly fast and efficient, always cool! The hotel is easy to get through, elevators fast and always available, room of decent size, bathroom comfortable, impeccably clean throughout. The bedding and the mattress are first class, I had some excellent sleep there. It's walking distance to a subway stop on the frequently served U3 line that takes you directly to Stephanplatz. The location, therefore, worked for me both for the business part of the day (as the meeting venue was few minutes' walk away), and for the time off, where I could get downtown Vienna in less than 20 minutes.

I can't overstate the impracticality of this modern minimalist design... it all makes a perfect photo frame for a catalogue, but what's the point if there's no single shelf or a drawer to slot your worn stuff in, rather than throwing it back in the suitcase (next to your clean stuff, which has to stay in the suitcase, as there's no shelves and drawers to put them in...), or keeping it on the floor. The room is big enough, though, so it's technically possible to install a small wardrobe, but it probably isn't cool enough.

We loved our stay at the Moxy Hotel. The hotel is new, clean, and has modern finishing touches. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. We also recommend getting a coffee or cocktail downstairs, as their bartender and staff are very friendly. Additionally, for tourists, you have Erdberg U3 metro line right in front of the hotel, and you have both on-site parking at the hotel (paid) but also two other cheaper options behind the hotel. We recommend the P+R Erdberg one, for which we paid 20 EUR for the whole week. The area around the hotel is very quiet, especially at night.

We enjoyed everything. The hotel is clean and modern, the crew is very friendly, and it was a great stay for us. The only thing that we missed (but has nothing to do with the hotel, but mostly with the area) was that all supermarkets and shops in the area close after 6 PM, so if you need/want anything, make sure to grab them before that. They are also closed on weekends.

1. The hotel and its design gives you a warm comfort zone. You would even decide to drink a glass of wine in the hotel rather outside in the city. 2. Its location is near the train station, just by crossing the street and you are at line U3 (which is going mostly to the most important places in Vienna, such us Stephansplatz) 3. The crew is so respectful and helpful. 4. The breakfast - you have almost everything you need. 5. The room is not small for a couple, you have a quite good space.

1. No fridge in the room

The location of the hotel was the reason we chose the Moxy and it didn’t disappoint. We came to see Coldplay at the Ernst Happel stadium and the hotel was a leisurely 30 minute walk to the event. Yes it isn’t in downtown Vienna but all you need to do is walk across the road to the U-train (metro/underground) and you are in Stephensplatz within 10 minutes. So easy! The room was a good size with good air conditioning and amazing soundproofing as we were right on the main city ring road but didn’t hear a sound. The staff were very helpful and efficient - a special shout out goes to the manager who was working really hard to ensure everyone was happy and well served at breakfast..and it was busy due to the concert. If you come by car don’t use the Moxy official car park as it’s way more expensive than the open air car park right next to the hotel which charged 8€ for 24 hours.

There wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There wasn’t a wardrobe - just a few hangers on the back wall.

The staff were extremely friendly, they helped out with giving advice regarding places to go as well as providing enough information about the hotel/facilities available. Rooms had enough space and the bed was very comfortable. In terms of prices, this hotel was very reasonable considering the location and quality of the rooms. It is also right next to the metro station which proved to be essential during my stay.

For a first timer walking to the hotel was slightly confusing, but overall not many negative experiences with the hotel. Having the lockers only available in the lobby rather than in the hotel room was a strange concept at first, but it still felt safe leaving my personal things in the lockers.

Hello! I wanted to share my feedback about my stay at your hotel. Everything was great: cleanliness, tidiness, excellent location just 150 meters from the metro, and of course, the friendly staff. The affordable price was also a pleasant surprise.

I'd like to note that the bar is a bit pricey, but still manageable. However, upon checkout, I noticed an extra charge for breakfast. I'm sure it's a mistake, but it's still unpleasant, especially considering it amounts to 30 euros.
