The location is absolutely amazing. Neat to the metro station and bus stop. However, it's next to a busy avenue, so I recommend bringing earplugs. The shower is fantastic. The messages with the KH were very clear and right way answered. Extremely easy to get to the apartment. All the furniture looks new (but the top mattress).

It only loses a point because the mattress was quite bad. You can see they were very worn. If you manage to sleep very in the middle you get a good mattress, but the sides there were holes. It was quite uncomfortable. I guess the problem was the top mattress.

The size was amazing, very Central location, all very clean and comfy beds!

It only had one sofa and with such a big room. It could’ve easily had another as there were four of us.

The apartment was spacious, beautiful bathroom, separate lounge room and kitchenette. Nice furnishings. A pleasant place to be in. Great location.

It was difficult to get into the building as the code didn't work on the door. We finally entered when another person came out. The room key was in a box which we found OK. Having no-one meet us or check up on us felt impersonal. The windows opened onto an internal courtyard looking at downpipes and air conditioners.

We loved the location..very central to stay, close to restaurants and shops and metro and Hop on Hop Off bus station. Few better locations to stay in Vienna

The apartment building we stayed in have a night club of sorts in the building so the noise levels from 24h00 to 06h00 in morning was terrible. The patrons from the night club smoke outside the club on the street underneath our windows and that filters into our room on the first floor. Will we book there again..don't think so just because it was noisy all through the night.

Amazing location just a short walk from the Opera, right next to the subway, and with plenty of green space nearby. Perfect size space for a family to use as a base.

My only small point would be the soundproofing was excellent to stop the street noise outside but there is a night club below. This only really started at midnight Saturday night and went thru until about 10am Sunday morning and it wasn’t bad by any means but you could just hear the dull thud of the vibration and beat. It didn’t really bother me but did my partner who is a light sleeper.

Great location and apartment size. Very clean. Good value for money. We were there from Monday through Friday and never heard the noise from the club that others have complained about. Management let us check in early, which was very kind.

No natural light, although this is clearly stated in the description, so we cannot complain. An extra chair in the living room (aside from the 3 person couch) would have been nice for extra seating. Management was working on fixing the heating during our 4 days, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. It was a too warm in the apartment, although that is better than the opposite in December.

Good size apartment, balcony was nice to have to sit in the evening, area was a little noisy if you had door or window open. Easy directions to get into building and keys, but didn’t mention the door was near the hey box so we went up and down in Luft trying to find our apartment (door is right next to the lock box)No remote for the split system as “it’s only available in summer” washing machine available. Our shower overflowed but they came quickly to fix it, overall pretty happy with our stay

the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. It does get a little loud at night since it is facing a main road and there is a club and a bar underneath it - the windows aren‘t exactly great when it comes to noise cancelling

The location was the best, for that price it's still unbelievable that you can get an apartment for that price at the very Center of Vienna.

The staff, I wanted to make a late checkout, due to network issues I received the notification for the late checkout late that I couldn't make the request on time, so when I wanted to request an hour later no one replied to the phone. I called them tomorrow and they approved my late checkout for 50€ but then they called again to mention it's not possible and need to leave at 11h
