The room was very clean and the position, near the Prater, makes it very easy to walk around. You should expect very small rooms but that wasn't a problem at all for us. It was perfectly practicle to do whatever we needed to do. However, you might want to keep the small size of the room into consideration in case you're after something more """comfortable""" in terms of room size. But we had no complaint whatsoever.

Everything was great. We didn't meet the staff personally (face to face), but we were given the code to access the Building and enter our room in advance so we didn't have any trouble with that.

Surely this is not the luxury place, of course, but it is relatively very good! I was checking previous reviews and they were not so good and I wonder why: this place is not as bad as some of the reviews mention. Surely the bathroom is a little moldy, but that is completely not critical, the rooms are small, but there is more than enough room for basic needs, toilets are in rooms and are small, but consider the price per night. The location is great, near Vienna Mitte station, city center is very close. I personally have nothing bad to say about this place and would recommend giving it a try but do not expect it to be anything luxurious. If you value privacy - this place is definitely better than any hostel.

Beds are not too comfy, mattresses are too soft, bathroom is a bit moldy but not critical at all, mention that since some people often freak out

Its good value taken the location and the room itself (2single bed). We had issues with entrance code but the staff was very helpful (on site and phone assistance as well). It was pre-heated (wintee). Coffee machine is available (but paid), no kettle nor kitchen is present in the room.

In overall the room was cozy and seemed tidy (vacuumed, no dust, no mold). But on second look, the sheets, pillow case and in the bathroom there was a lot of tiny black hair left on both beds. Unsure if was not cleaned properly, or it happens during cleaning. This would avoid a lot of negative rankings in the future.

I have already chosen KIBI Rooms for my stay twice. I like its location near the stop of Wien-Mitte train station that connects travellers with the airport. The property sends codes and clear instructions for easy, quick check in. We didn’t need to use public transport as the city centre you can reach on foot in 20-25 minutes.The room, bed linen, towels were clean and white. The furniture of the room was simple but functional. The beds were soft. The window of the room had the view of the inner yard so it was quiet.

There is no air conditioning in the room but it is clearly indicated in the description of the property.

Basically the area was pretty good, a very nice place, the location is perfect! Close to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse station (5 minutes walking distance), where you can catch a train to the airport and the U3 and U4 metro lines, which practically reach the heart of the city! The mattresses are very comfortable and soft, the room has everything you need.

In the bathroom, in the shower cabin, you can consider a shelf on which you can place shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.

Very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. Comfortable beds. There was heating that you can control which was really nice as it was late April but the nights were cold. 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre, many city transport stops nearby. Self checkin with codes.

There was no table or a single chair where you can put some things. Quite noisy when there was someone passing through the corridor. No place to leave luggage if you arrive early, but there is a city locker nearby.

Overall, this property is great value for money. The self checkin works smoothly, the room was clean and it was quiet. Great location, very close to Wien Mitte and two underground lines.

If I'm not mistaken, they mention the availability of toiletries and of a coffee machine in the lobby. The only toiletry was the hand aoap at the sink and the coffee machine was out of order. It would be nice to be a bit clearer about these things in the listing. For the price I didn't mind it at all, but these two things are the only negatives I can think of. Oh, and the toilet paper holder hadm't been cleaned in a while, even though everything else was spotless.

The room was clean, well equipped for a short stay, reasonably priced, with great staff. The hotel even offers coffee in a self-serve coffee stand next to the reception. It´s really close to the nearest metro station, the access to the building is very easy, every guest gets their own access codes, so you may come and go as you please, which is great if you have any evening plans. The surrounding area has everything a tourist may need, we enjoyed the local market with various food stands especially.

The only thing we missed was storage, besides the bed and a space for hanging clothes, there was no other furniture, no bedside tables so with a longer stay, this might be an issue. However, this is easily fixed, other than this small issue, we were very comfortable.

The self check-in worked really well, we had no issue finding the place and getting in with the pins provided. The owners sent us some instructions through email that made the process really easy to follow. We had no issues with noises. There is a metro station 3 min away from the property which made it easy to get around the city. No issues with hot water.

The beds were a bit hard for my taste. Also there was some dust in the radiator.

Position was very good , close to the station with direct trains to airport and obv walking distance to the centre. The self check in is very good especially if you arriving in the evening or late at night. the heating were working properly so the rooms was very warm.

Overall for the quality/price everything was good. Maybe the absence of shampoo/shower gel but I knew it from other reviews and I brought my own. And toilet was very small (wc kinda attached to the sink) so not much space to sit.
