The hotel just opened on the same day I arrived. The hotel and the interior were extraordinary and the team fabulous. The room was just renovated, the amenities for the bathroom are great lovely and smells good. Everyone that comes to Vienna must visit this hotel even beter stay in the hotel. Next time I know which hotel I will visit again. Thank you Imperial Riding School hotel.

Hotel is located only 100 meters from Rennweg railway station and we walked to the hotel with our light luggages. From airport take a local train (20-25 min, ticket costs €4.50) since City Express doesn't stop in Rennweg. We walked to the old city just in order to integrate better with Vienna. But there is also tram stop into city. Location is good for visiting Belvedere palace art exhibitions, 5-7 minutes walk. Just for info that Belvedere park was also accessible from Jacquingasse, through Botanical garden entrance, which Google Map doesn't show in time of writing this review.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, surprising us with a delightful room upgrade and a sweet treat to kick off our stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, from the modern decor to the inviting ambiance that greeted us at every turn. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious array of options to start our day off right. Fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile - it set the tone for the rest of our visit. What truly stood out was the pristine condition of the entire property. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot inside. The fresh scent lingered in the air, adding to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we can't wait to return. The hotel is nice overall, nice lobby, comfortable beds and pillows. The corner couch is a nice touch, but feels squished in, not really comfortable to use for more than 20 minutes.

Rooms are smaller than expected, even on the superior rooms. For the price that is charged per night (300 euro), it is a total disappointment. Breakfast is way overrated for 35 euros / person (crazy, really). Also, if you happen to have a room number bigger than 20-30, be ready for a really long walk and make sure you don't forget something in the room. Parking is also way too expensive (34 euro per day) - you have option for 10 euros at 2 minutes walk.

Incredibly beautiful, new ,stylysh hotel, great location, walking distance to the center. Nearby there are many restaurants where you can eat nice food at a good discount during the lunch period. In the lobby there is free water with lemon and different types of apples. On the first day of check-in, we've gor a welcoming gift- delicious local chocolate. In the room there is a coffee machine with a set of very tasty coffee and cream and a kettle for tea. Swimming pool and saunas are beautiful. Gym.The rooms are stylish and very clean.They also have a wonderful garden where you can eat

there is no dryer in the bathroom, it is difficult to dry wet clothes, especially swimwear after swimming pool

The hotel has just been refurbished and is very clean and fresh. The rooms are spacious and clean and have very soft, comfy beds. The large dining area on the ground floor is also spotless. We enjoyed chilling there in the evenings. Breakfast was very good, including the usual continental selection and the menu. While the hotel is not centrally located, we found its proximity to key attractions like Karlsplatz and Belvedere Palace to be a major plus. A leisurely 15-20 minutes walk to Karlsplatz and a mere 5 minutes to Belvedere Palace made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. On occasion, we used trams, which was very convenient.

Although the staff was very nice, polite and friendly, they lacked training, especially at the reception and dining areas. There was no teamwork. On multiple occasions, three different waiters came to the table to take the same order when we sat outside for lunch. Some staff couldn't tell the difference between cow and oat milk. The person who identified himself as the floor manager argued that terrace rattan furniture doesn't have cushions. Later, (I assumed) his boss corrected him, and the cushions arrived.

I loved the amenities at this hotel! The 24-hour gym was fully functional, and I used it every day of my stay. The swimming pool was beautiful, and after a refreshing 45-minute swim, I’d head downstairs for a 15-minute session in the hot sauna. There’s even a large space for yoga. This is truly my Vibe! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised and everything was just brilliant. I had originally booked with Hilton but canceled and switched to this property, and it turned out to be the best decision. The hotel is very close to the center of Vienna with easy access to public transportation. The train to the airport is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient. I absolutely love Vienna and will definitely be visiting again and I’d choose to stay at this property every time!

Hotel/Room was modern and stylish. Breakfast was excellent. It's a lovely hotel, just a few minor issues

Room was located down a very long corridor and was next to door where cleaning carts seemed to bang really loudly. Our view was of Lidl, so privacy is an issue, kept the curtains closed most of the time. Some tall trees might solve the problem. Location is a bit far from centre so we did a mix of walking or uber, depending on where you are going. Wi-Fi is not great but as I said we were down a long hallway away from reception and main area

The ambience was amazing in the hotel. Very clean and the facilities are great. You can definitely tell that it was recently renovated. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful. Location - although a little outside the centre, it is still v close to some landmarks and only a short Uber from the centre

Only main point is that the pictures on booking.com do not reflect the layout of the rooms. All show a room with a large L shaped sofa. This is not the case. But we loved the room anyway One minor point - the mini fridge stunk of deli meat. I know this would be hard to manage. But even a little reminder to guests when checking in that the fridge is only for liquids

The hotel was amazing. So clean and the Interior design was impeccable. The staff were so helpful and friendly. From start to finish we got everything we needed within in seconds. The pool, gym, sauna and yoga room were always nice and quiet and relaxing. Temperature was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! So much choice for everyone and amazing quality. It was a quiet neighbourhood but there is public transport a 2 min walk away to the city centre which you could also walk to. Accessible via public transport or scooter which is fun. Could not fault this hotel!

Temp of pool could be a tiny bit warmer but it was nice to cool off.
