The apartment was very stylish, clean and had all I needed. The location was perfect, very central and the train station nearby had a direct connection to the airport. The area is very quiet.

The only thing that was unacceptable was the WiFi. If one is not active on the device, it disconnects automatically after just a few minutes. So one had to actively log in again evertime, which was super annoying. Especially when you need to work from there. I contacted them twice about it, but nothing changed.

on the 7 floor room the windows are not correctly covered then impossible to sleep after the sun rise!!

The first night we didn't sleep well at all as the windows were very thin and let in the noise from the train tracks (and roadworks from 7am outside). It was also too hot, but couldn't open the window as it would have been even noisier (and the air con was broken). However! The staff were incredible and changed our room the next day to one on the back of the building, away from the train tracks and roadworks. The fee was €35 to change rooms, which seemed a little unfair as it wasn't our fault we couldn't sleep the first night. I will stay there again for sure as long as I can reserve a room on the back of the building, or if they renovate with soundproof windows. The flats were very well appointed and we really appreciated having a little cooker and fridge. So lots of great things once we were in the right room!

My room was upgraded and it is very spacious. The apartment is very well equipped and looks very modern and clean. WiFi works very well. The bedding set is really comfortable. The location is close to a train station and a few bus stops. Although there was no staff on site, the service is readily reachable by the phone in the entrance (and corridors) as well as by Booking.com messages.

The warm water for shower seems to be limited. It will become completely cool water after about two persons' shower - it is better to wait a while. It can be a bit noisy for sensitive persons (even the windows are completly closed) since the property is close to a train station. It is a bit confusing to use the service phone. You don't have to dial the number written there. Once you picked up the phone, it will automatically call the service - it is better to indicate this by the phone.

Good location, 15 minute walk from the city center. The apartments are well maintained and nicely furnished, essentially you get a relatively large hotel room with kitchenette. On site parking is not available but there's plenty of reasonably priced parking garages around.

Wi-fi connection is quite slow and requires constant relogging, which was quite frustrating. King size bed was too soft.

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos, it is very clean, spacious, and comfortable to sleep thanks to dark curtains. The location is excellent: 6 minutes walk to the metro, 12 minutes to the train station. The room had a large supply of towels and everything needed for a dishwasher. A very convenient system for receiving a key card using a special code. We printed two out of three cards, so it was always possible to print a spare one if ours were lost.

You need to use the shower carefully, because there is no difference in floor level between it and the other part of the bathroom, so the water can spread. There is also a very inconvenient storage system after check-out: luggage storage is booked either by your code or by phone call. Our code stopped working at the time of check out (at exactly 10:30) and we could not get through to the contact number. Keep this in mind if you plan to store things on the ground floor of the building (you may need this because all the luggage storages at Vienna train stations were occupied on the days of our arrival).

The property is convenience to reach by train, it is big enough for two people with carry-on baggages. Self-check in process has a little bit of issue, but there is a phone you can contact the Helpdesk which is very helpful to solve the problem quickly. The luggage can be stored in their locker on the spot with €5 for a locker, which can store two baggages (we have two carry-on baggages but it is big enough for larger size). It is quite neighbourhood, and close to Belvedere Palace.

The location is slightly far from city centre by walking (20 mins walk), similar time if travel by train/bus.

It's an amazing place.Amazing!From the contactless check-in to the contactless check-out.2 minutes walk from Rennweg train station which is directly connected to Vienna Airport plus all the trains you will need to connect to any other place in Vienna. The apartment is spotless.The beds and the pillows are of the best quality.The sheets as well. Coffee machine with supplied capsules plus you can buy from Lidl which is in Rennweg station extra if you drink coffee a lot like us. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Everything, everything is perfect.I recommend the place to everybody who wants to visit Vienna regardless the purpose ... tourism, sightseeing or business. Thank you Black Home for making our trip the most easy and enjoyable by being the perfect place in any way possible.

The property is in an excellent location for both all the main attractions and a very short walk from the train station which can take you direct to and from the airport. The property has excellent facilities - dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, safe, great bed, air conditioning, microwave and electric stove. The contactless check in is very good and the staff have excellent and quick communication of you have an issues. There is also great lockers available to leave bags if you arrive after check in or stay later than check out. Perfect for a short or long stay.

Things that could be slightly improved; - more than two coffee pods. We only had two for two people on a 3 night stay - definitely more hangers! There was only One hanger for two people over three nights - a change of towels would be great whilst not essential - the walls in our room could have done with a fresh lick of paint (this might not be the case for all rooms)
