The hotel is clean, is led by excellent, flexible and friendly service staff, is solidly equipped, as you can expect it from a 4-star hotel, has an excellent value for money and is conveniently situated amid the Viennese city life, including good restaurants and shops that offer normal and good-quality stuff and services at normal prices for normal Viennese people (not extraordinary offers at excessive prices that are meant for addressing the wallet of tourists). The hotel is easily accessible by train/public transportation as well as by car which means that also all major sights of the city are easily reachable from there by car or public transportation. A tram station is close to the hotel - an underground station is situated in max. 5 min. walking distance (U1/Taubstummengasse - connects for example with only 1 or 2 stops to Vienna Central Station, Karlsplatz/Vienna State Opera or Stephansplatz). However, many of the major sights of the city center and within the ring road area are in walking distance of approx. 10 to 15 minutes from the hotel (e.g., Albertina, Stephansdom, Graben, Wiener Konzerthaus/Vienna Concert Hall, Wiener Staatsoper/Vienna State Opera, Kärntner Straße, Gußhausstraße with a 2-stop tram connection to Belvedere) The hotel also offers an own small parking garage with a three or four places for the cars of the guests while around and in front of the hotel are highly frequented parking lots that require a fee at least for most of the daytime on workdays.
The wifi was a little bit slow. However, the speed of the internet access was still OK and acceptable.

I have stayed here around 4 times. I love the breakfast (even better than before), the location (easy to walk to most museums and stores), and, for the most part, the great staff (especially Evelyn and Anna) The junior suite is close to ideal for my needs (the pillows were a bit too soft in my room), and a better reading lamp would be appreciated. But overall it's a very nice hotel. I also have to mention that the manager kindly let me change the dates of my stay because I had some medical problems.
Without going into a lot of detail, I seem to have annoyed the manager (this occurred after he had let me change the dates of my stay). I didn't know he was under a lot of stress. We had an in-person conversation about a future stay, and when I called him to talk about it some more, I think he thought I was contradicting what he had told me, and he was very abrupt. When I went back to explain what I had been trying to do, he had no interest in what I was trying to tell him. Again, I had no knowledge of the stress he was under. The problem is that I feel that it might be awkward to come back to the hotel even though I really love staying there.

Very convenient location. Close to the train station and the city center can be reached quickly (7 minutes to Opera) on foot or by subway. There are many cafes nearby, so you can skip breakfast. The room had its own kitchen with a kettle, microwave and refrigerator.
In a two-room suite, the bed was located away from the windows, but there was air conditioning. Breakfast at 18 euros is too expensive, so it's better to have breakfast in a nearby cafe. The cleaning lady starts cleaning at 7 am in the neighboring rooms so that it is clearly audible and interferes with sleep.

My second stay at this hotel. I am very satisfied. Quite spacious and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pleasant staff, the reception is open 24 hours. I didn't take breakfast, but there is such an option. The bath has shampoo and soap, napkins, everything you need. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, cutlery, mini fridge. The location is perfect. All rooms are air conditioned, it is perfect for the summer time, because it is often very hot in Vienna :). To the railway station 15-20 minutes on foot, and if you take a scooter, which are everywhere, it's even faster. Transport stops nearby. To the Karlskirche 10 minutes on foot, from Karlskirche a couple more minutes to the Opera, and from the Opera you can go to the Hofburg, to the Parliament, to the Museums Quartal, to the Old town, in general, everything is close and within walking distance. At the same time, the prices for the rooms are absolutely affordable, and I noticed that it is more profitable to book not several weeks I. advance, but a couple of days in advance. I recommend it!
It's a bit old hotel, but it's clean, comfortable and inexpensive - that's the main thing!

The room was very big and it had a fridge and a desk and nice windows. The bed was good as well. The location is amazing and well-connected with a tram stop right outside the hotel. Anne at the reception was very sweet, helpful and kind. She was always ready to answer questions or help out and really made the stay an awesome one.
There was construction work going on on the road (not the property’s fault) and it was right below my window. I was woken up everyday at 7 am with the loud drills. Also there is no stove in the suite, only a microwave.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The little kitchenette was most useful. Staff were excellent, the hotel is extremely well run, we enjoyed our stay. Our bicycles were safely stored in a corner of the garage. We had a pleasant room towards the back of the building. The frequently running trams took us down to the Oper and the Ring. We'd recommend that visitors get a 1, 3 or 7 day transport pass online. The Corti e Nero restaurant just next to the hotel was perfect for our evening meal, we also went to Cafe Wortner which was close by and terrific. It's handy to the main railway stations. Cafe Greissler just down the road has some of the best coffee in Vienna, highly recommended, it's good value.
The wifi sometimes faded in one corner of our room, but worked pretty well. The hotel should upgrade its routers. The bathroom is fairly recently renovated but the bath is rather slippery. Overall no major drawbacks.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly receptionist, she explained everything and gave us a few extra tips for our stay. The room we stayed in was in an excellent condition and was larger than we expected. The room itself was very warm, very comfortable and even included a small "kitchen" where we could wash dished and warm up food. Also have to note that it was rather quite and even though the windows were on the street side (tbh I don't know if there are rooms with a different view-side).
The only thing I can say we were missing in our room was a coffee machine, in a city that is known for its coffee culture I sure would have loved to have an espresso machine in the room or at least in the lobby so you can have a cup of coffee before you go out or after you get back. But that's of course by no means a deal breaker, there are coffee houses everywhere one is right downstairs a minute walk away and also a supermarket just 2 min away.

I am very pleased! I was late for my train transfer, so I had to spend the night in Vienna. I had the next train at 6 a.m., so I was looking for an affordable hotel near the main station. I found it! Really inexpensive for Vienna, 20 min walk to the main station (if you take a scooter, much faster :)) and 10 min walk to the Vienna Opera and other landmarks and interesting places. So I was happy to walk around the center of Vienna before going to bed. I had a cozy little room with a desk, bedside table, wardrobe. There was a small refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Bathroom comfortable, overall room was very clean. There is air conditioning, fot the summer time is definitely a plus! Employee at the reception is available for 24 hours (so you can check in even after 22 hours, so did I) and very nice. In the foyer you can buy some drinks. Free Wi-Fi works without problems. Room was quiet (I had windows to the courtyard) and comfortable, I'll be back and recommend this hotel!

It's a superb location, in a neighborhood, close to some restaurants, several grocery stores and walking distance to everything, including public transportation as well. The staff was really nice and the room was comfortable, with air conditioning to regulate yourself. It had a water boiler, microwave and small fridge so great to be able to eat in your room every now and then. The internet was great and very stable.
The only thing that was tough for a small person like me is that the soap dispenser and the towel rack are up high so I had to go on my tippy toes to get to the soap or pull the towel down. The bath tub may be a bit tough to get in and out of for an older person.

The position was good, not perfect but considering the price point it was really good. Not really in the centre but close enough, we only used the metro to move to the airport and to the Schonbrunn, even though there's a station near by. The centre was a 15/20 mins walk(we are two able-bodied 25yo males), but we managed to organise the the movements as to have something in between. The area seemed safe. There was always someone at the reception, and we could leave our bags before and after check-in/out. The room was clean and well heated, with a small kitchen, comfy beds, and the bathroom had a bathtub and a nice window. We did not try the breakfast or any other service.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Everything we experience was to the very least sufficient. Maybe i would not suggest it to people with reduced mobility or small children because it is not super central, but honestly we walked everywhere so we didn't get a chance to try the transports. The metro is really close and there's a bus stop in front of the hotel, which i'm not sure but i believe to be accessible to everyone.
