I had a garden view room, it was clean and comfortable. There is a good sofa, a comfortable table, an iron, and also everything you need in the bathroom. I liked that you can have breakfast on the terrace. The breakfast itself was normal, there were some vegetables, which is a plus for me. Small garage, but it was a slot for me when I came.

According to the location of my room (garden, 1st floor), I found an ant on the table. Maybe it could be problem for someone, also should be careful to open window at night:) different “residents” of the garden can visit your room. But it's not a big concern.

Top-quality hotel, as Holiday Inn hotels usually are. Easy to reach from airport and railway station with bus or metro. The area is quite local and quiet, but Naschmarkt and many options for eating and drinking are nearby. The hotel builiding itself is modern and clean and room sizes are OK. Beds are comfy, bathroom spacious, minisafe in room. Very good breakfast with cold and hot food was included in the room price. Very friendly receptionist welcomed us and was able to check us in early, she also gave good suggestions regarding local transport and activities in the fabulous city of Vienna. Hotel gifted us famous Austrian vafels when we check-out. A very nice and lovely gesture :)

There is some noise coming from the bars outside if you have a room facing the street and open window. You can close the window, if it disturbs you.

breakfast is good, it could be more varied, but when you came for breakfast, you had to wait for a place to sit because there are not many tables. good place, quit, very friendly staff.

Amazing front desk staff. Made us feel very welcomed and arranged early check in aswell. Welcome drinks, coffee & hot chocolate was arranged as well while waiting to check in. Great location, roughly 15-20mins taxi ride to any attractions. Rooms were kept very clean with most amenities available. Although hotel seems outdated but functions well.

Breakfast was limited and repetitive as expected by any hotels. Only 1 operational elevator but waiting time was not too long. Max 3 mins. There is no ramp to cater for baby strollers, so will need to carry strollers up and down stairs.

The hotel and rooms were nice. The staff were nice and spoke good English which was helpful for us. They also helped answer questions we had about public transport.

The hotel is not in the best part of Vienna for exploring all of the major attractions, but the UBahn is only a 4 or so minute walk and will get you to most of the main attractions really quick. We were mostly walking at first and regretted not starting to take the UBahn sooner because the hotel is a little ways away from most of the stuff (25 to 30 minute walk).

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, there was tea making set, glasses and water, breakfast was great with enough choices, although the restaurant itself wasn't very big and it felt a little bit crowded. It also served food in the evening which was quite good. We also liked a small garden in the hotel. it is 8 min walk from the metro station and around 25 min walk to the city center.

it would be great to have small chair in the bathroom, so kids can wash hands and brush teeth without additional help from parents

We booked 2 standard rooms but had an upgrade on one of them - received a garden view room which was spacious( bed + sofa + table + desk) and it had everything we needed. The standard room was also ok (the sofa & table were missing). The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and divers ( the options remained 90% the same through the 3 days that we've stayed). The location was also great since there is a billa really close by (2-3 minutes walking distance) and many bus/metro stations. A big plus were the many restaurants in the proximity.

These were not deal-breakers for us but good to know: - We could not change the temperature in the room (we didn't manage to make the AC work) but the blanket was good enough. - The bathroom door did not close if the lock was not used. - It was hard to find the garden-view room (another sign near the outside doors could have helped)

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was good with a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be cold enough.

The hotel has a private underground parking garage, small but I was able to get a place, for a reasonable price. The hotel is in a good condition, clean, no complaints about the room and all the services that we used. Location is also OK, we decided to walk from the hotel to the city center, it's manageable. Quite a few good restaurants nearby.

We had a room oriented to the street and it was a bit noisy even during the night. The receptionist that welcomed us did her job but she didn't seem very enthusiastic about it. Didn't held it against her.

The staff was friendly and made the stay exceptional. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. I would rate our stay 11 out of 10. It was my wife and I with our 2 kids. They went t out of their way to accommodate our every need. The manager knows what he is doing and it is reflected in the staff - from cooks and servers to housekeeping and front desk. We only booked 1 night through booking and booked another 10 nights directly from the hotel. We will definitely stay again if in Vienna. Also... breakfast buffet was superb.

I can't complain about this, because as an overweight American guy I always keep air conditioning on "Arctic" and that is not possible in a lot of European hotels, especially in big city centers. You can adjust by a couple of degrees and you won't sweat but I like it cooler. However the temperature was perfect for my wife and kids.
