It is a family run hotel, everyone looks happy and is helpful. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast is great with a large variety of healthy choices and delicious bread. But above all it's a unique experience if you like nature. The hotel is situated in the middle of wheat 🌾 fields with lots of bike roads. You can borrow (for free) a regular bike or an e-bike from the hotel and have a wonderful ride next to beautiful houses surrounded by majestic mountains. Perfect hotel for families with younger kids and teens.

It is easier to have a car to get to different attractions like Konigssee, salt mines and ice caves. On Sundays buses are fewer than other days and taxis are not so reliable.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Close to motorway, but quiet place. About 10 mins to Salzburg by car, but also possible to take a bus. Very nice personnel and excellent kitchen. Dinner was gorgeous, very tasty and such big portion that we could not even finish it. Breakfast also very good, you get everything you need with a bonus of very nice view. Room was just good size, whole hotel nicely renovated. We love wooden decoration and this one still smelled with wood. Good free parking as a bonus. We had very nice stay and would definitely recommend this nice hotel.

Fantastic room with a big balcony. Very friendly staff. Pet-friendly hotel. Big parking in front of the hotel but, unfortunately, when the restaurant is open, it's difficult to find a parking spot for hotel visitors. Very clean property and a very nice restaurant. Very close to Salzburg.

Same breakfast every day. Also, as I said in the "What did you like" field when the restaurant is open to other visitors, it's very hard to find parking even if you are staying in the hotel. I recommend making reservations for the parking spots for the hotel guest.

The hotel was clean, tidy and has a really friendly vibe. The rooms are spacious and warm, the restaurant is a place where you are always made to feel welcome and the food is quite simply outstanding, not just in quality, variety and quantity but also very good value. The staff, centred around the family who have owned the hotel for many years, are so lovely and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they love having guests there as much as we love being there. I left this morning and can't wait for my next visit!

The only thing I didn't like was having to go home!

The breakfast was delicious and generous especially for being included. We looked forward to it every morning! It is also very pet friendly and they do not charge extra (we traveled with our cat!)

Excellent location to get our for all Salzburg highlights. Excellent breakfast!!! very good coffee and endless options for good start of the day. Excellent stuff, always smile with good attitude. Very clean room every day. New working and clean facilities. Option to have lunch and dinner in the hotel very good restaurants. We enjoy this stay very much, thanks.

Location is nice, near to Salzburg by car. Parking is very convenient. Host is very nice, we had some trouble with our key card on weekend, when there is usually no one at the hotel. But i called and they came quite fast and resolved the key issue :).

Complimentary breakfast is average.

The room is super big, nicely furnished and too modern. Breakfast is fair. Location is 17 minutes away from Salzburg city center. Perfect! Overall, i can say that we would definately come back here when back in Salzburg.

The bed was not so comfy and the internet connection and Wi-fi coverage was very poor. Our balcony had a very nice view except that there was also a road frequented by too much cars...

parking spot was not so easy to find but hey it is summer holidays. no fridge in the room which was no big deal.
