This hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere but it was still full. Excellent large rooms with great views, coffee machine, comfortable bed and a lovely balcony with furniture. My room had a large bathroom but no bath just a shower, there were good quality toiletries available. Excellent dining experience that could be enjoyed outside if the weather was suitable or in a large dining room if raining. A huge pool and spa complex was available for guests. Breakfast was very good with an extensive choice, if booking this hotel do include breakfast as there is no alternative in the immediate area. The staff were friendly and checking is was a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was quite spacious, modern and the beds very comfortable. The adult spa area was well appointed and not overly crowded. The hotel is very child-friendly and has a big playground outside. However, almost the entire spa area and the hot tub are only for adults, so it was a shame not to be able to visit all of these areas with our daughter.

The indoor-outdoor pool was not quite warm enough to be comfortable (in cold weather). Everything was generally quite stylish and modern, though a few things were not quite as luxurious as we expected (i.e. the towels in the room were quite scratchy and the soap in the bathroom was not particularly nice). Small details like these make the difference (for me) between a "normal" hotel and a luxury hotel.

Everything! Exceeded our expectations.. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. The pools and sauna were great, what we really liked was that there was an adult only area, which was perfect to relax. The gardens were beautiful and the sunbeds were the best place to relax in the sun. It was even possible to order drinks and snacks from the sunbeds. The sauna was beautiful and had an eye to detail and the food in the hotel restaurant was scrumptious. The whole hotel had a beautiful interior, very modern and luxurious but with a relaxed atmosphere. We loved it so much that we have booked again for next year.

That we only stayed for one night.. But will be back and can't wait!

Breakfast was great. The spa facilities are fantastic. Some of the staff really went out of their way to provide a great service, in particular the junior barman and the lady who looked after people around the pool.

The chief barman was quite pushy and a little intimidating. The reception staff seemed to lack coordination and on occasion we were passed between different staff members without being told who was looking after us.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this extremely pretty hotel. it is perfectly located and the surrounding views are outstanding. The view from our hotel room of the mountains. The staff dress in traditional attire and is managed by a family. The food and drinks are also very good. The breakfast buffet offers lots of choices and caters to all. The Spa looked very inviting but unfortunately we ran out of time to be able to enjoy this. Hopefully next time.

Very welcoming atmosphere, comfortable, stylish accommodation. Great pools, wellbeing facilities new, clean, very well organised. Friendly staff always eager to help. had dinner a couple of times, enjoyed the food and puddings - delicious! Also a nice bar area for a night cap. What surprised us was that the hotel and facilities didn’t feel too busy whilst the hotel was fully booked. Very easy to get into town using the local bus, an 18mins journey. Definitely will return!

Fantastic hotel with scenic views, the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great. The swimming pool was brilliant. Would definitely visit again!

Hoping for more vegan meal (lunch/dinner) options to be added to the menu, there was only one. It was lovely, had it twice, but would have preferred to have more options so that we could make the most out of the restaurant.

clean, modern, spacious hotel and rooms. great view towards the mountains. staff were excellent - professional, warm and friendly and went out of their way to assist. they looked great in traditional outfits…

it was a warm few days (28 degrees) - so opening corridor windows, cranking up the air conditioning so the communal areas were not so warm and stuffy would have been more comfortable.

We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

Absolutely nothing

- the facility of the hotel - the swimming pool with the wonderful view - the steam bath and the panorama sauna room - the view of the hotel I highly suggest the hotel for someone who want to get a rest before travailing back to his/her country , the hotel is very close to the airport and avail all features of relaxation

- the location of the hotel - the opening hour of the spa and the sauna and the steam bath , they open at 11 am which consider a bit late
