The staff are the best of the best and deserve appreciation and respect because of their excellent treatment of visitors and their efforts to help. The hotel's location is close to the center of the city and the lake, meaning that you don’t have to worry about restaurants, food, drinks, groceries and shopping stores. The rooms are cleaned all the time and there is enough space. Good activities and sports you can enjoy surrounding the area. I extended my stay for more nights because of the wonderful environment in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone to enjoy the vacation.

Would be good to have some more normal food options other than the very nice but posh gourmet food for dinners . Also unfortunately the town of Zell am See has changed not for the better with the type of tourist that now visit it , it is no longer a typical Austrian town

Everything was perfect the staff especially Tamara and Katrina they are very cooperative and always have beautiful smiles the hotel beautiful clean and has almost all the required facilities.

We felt like we were at home. The ambiance of the place is very welcoming and easy on the eyes. All that beautiful wood work, carpets, strategically placed paintings and fresh flowers exude a certain warmth that you just don't get in those new modern steel and glass hotels. The staff is friendly and capable tending to your every need with a smile. Oh, here is a wonderful perk, when you check in you are automatically assigned a table in the dining room for as many people as are in your party. This is your table for breakfast, lunch or dinner whether you use it or not. So there is no need to worry about making reservations when you want to eat. The food for all the meals was fantastic. The pool and garden area is like nothing I've seen in other hotels. There are two joined pools (inside and out) and there is a small lake with marvelous greenery all around in which you can also swim. And, the parking in the underground garage is free.

It is THE best hotel in the area, right next to the downtown area and restaurants, but just a bit far from the best skiing area, which is Kaprun.

One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed at - the food was delicious, service incredible and the spa had so many different facilities that suits everyone. We really had the best experience at Salzburgerhof, will definitely be back next time in Zell am see.

Everything was perfect: All staff, design, breakfast, cakes, dinner (the 5 items dinner), the room, the view (although it was a side view), Facilities, etc... We really enjoyed the 2 nights and definitely whenever visiting Zell am see again, we will visit the same hotel.

Outstanding spa, one of the best I’ve seen in small/medium hotels. Beautiful garden. Junior suite was nice. Staff was super kind. Good selection of vines, also by the glass. Central location, yet quite. Highly recommended hotel.

No aircondition, thou with open balcony door we didn’t needed it. Breakfast is good, but could be improved to excellent level (more veggies, bio corner,...). Gourmet diner was very good, but main dishes should be improved (eg. steak).
