The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

The front desk staff Xezer was very friendly and helpful and even set us up with a tour of the city. Reshad at the in house restaurant was also brilliant in his recommendations on what to eat. Convenient location, about a 10 minute drive into the city.

I have a sentiment to this hotel because I was there 6 yrs ago for the first time so my opinion can be not objective in little procent. Hotel localization. Close to the sea, close to Baku. One of not so many objects in Baku that offers a swimming pool. Nice, helpful stuff. Very friendly people who work in a swimming pool bar and restaurant. The hotel has gotten some minor features comparing to my staying 6 yrs ago. Second swimming pool for infants and small kids, outdoor toilets and a outside bar. Generally good place to stay when you visit Azerbaijan.

Hotel should undergo some refreshments. I don't mean it is in ruin but some things should be changed or renewed.

Heated rooms, Plenty of space, Parking, Warm water to clean after Shit

No Breakfast, No ATM, No Room Service attendant, No Tea or Coffee, Strange Pungent Smell of Gas, No Heated Swimming Pool, Broken Window

The breakfast is buffet style (huge variety) and the wonderful chef made sure we were happy and satisfied! She even gave us fruit in the swimming area after breakfast hours. Upon our arrival we asked if we could get a room upgrade and we were surprised we got better than what we were hoping for. About the beach – exceeded expectations: I struggled to figure out the situation of their private beach on the website, but once I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice, clean and swimmable private beach area with umbrellas, chairs and showers. Our stay felt like being surrounded by a local, caring family rather than a hotel! They went above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests, they even gave us a power strip so we could charge all of our things.

The gym/fitness centre needs some more work but it’s usable.

Value for money, nice view of the sea, very big rooms, very friendly staff specially the lady in the restaurant. We felt very welcome by the entire staff and enjoyed the retro vibe

Nothing a such, we knew it's a bit old hotel and needs a bit of maintenance.

The food from the restaurants on the hotel’s territory had no taste. I have been poisoned the last day. I believe it somehow connected to the hotel’s restaurant food quality.

Sea side location . The room (R-211) we stayed was spacious and also got plenty of natural light. Bed was very comfy. Wifi signal was strong. Though breakfast items was not in much varieties , it was okay. All the staff in Front office and in the Breakfast hall were very attentive and helpful to their guest. The lady (ILHAME) in the breakfast kitchen was very well behaved though she can not speak English. When she understood that we are vegetarian she prepared a veg dish for us and personally came to our table to serve us. That should be the staff in hospitality service. Also Yousef in the breakfast hall is a good staff. The Restaurant of the hotel located just beside the Caspian Sea. Plenty of Space to sit in the restaurant and enjoy the food and the nice view of the Sea. Airport transfer driver and the car was perfect.

The restaurant staff can not speak or understand English. So it was very difficult to place the order and communicate with them. Also very few Vegetarian items available in the restaurant. Also in the breakfast hall staff can not speak or understand English. Though this language problem not only in this hotel, almost everywhere in Azerbaijan people don't understand English.

The family room was extremely spacious and very clean. The pool was awesome and the hotel even had a mini kids pool.

Just so every one know. This place is a little outside city so don’t expect everything to be at the walking distance. Facility is old but well maintained and is value for money. Nice pool, beach and good accommodating staff.
