Big room, amazing view with the see and 3 towers, good european breakfast (and would be great to have a bit of Azerbaijanian sweets there as well), supportive staff, very supportive Sabina in the restaurant at breakfast, tea kettle in the room, 30 mins walk to the old city, very good massage

Leaking protection in the bathroom, always had water on the floor, no green tea at breakfast (only pure black), dirty windows and no option to have fresh air in the room, only conditioner and very bad smell from the old carpet in the room.

Great sraff, specially Mr. Subhan and clean facilities including pool. Location not that far from city.

Supervision in restaurant could be improved. We noticed bugs in Nuts/resins served on breakfast - albiet it was cleared immidiately on notification. No connecting rooms within facility for family with kids.

The location of the Golden Coast Hotel was a draw card. It offered amazing views as well as convenience with respect to easily navigating one’s way to key sites. The staff have to be commended for being friendly and helpful in attending to any additional requests.

We would recommend regular checking of ablution taps, as the one located in our bathroom was leaking and left the entire bathroom somewhat flooded.

Great place with walking distance. Staff was very nice specially the manager of the hotel. He advice us important places to go, resturants and he was very helpful. Revan was a very nice person too. Helped us with other things as if we need something. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is located right in front of the Caspian Sea, and by it you have a structure and nice sidewalk that takes you everywhere. To Baku's ferris wheel, to the new mall of Baku, to the carpet museum or even to the old town. The hotel room pictures are loyal to the place itself. The view from the room is amazing. You can perfectly see the entire coast line, privileged view to the fire towers. The best from part of the hotel is actually the staff you may count on. They were amazingly supportive, not only in terms of guiding us to the best places in town, but specially helping with taxi and PCR exams, required to international flights during the pandemic. Moreover, try the spa and the carbonara pasta from the hotel restaurant.

The amazing sea view, proximity to the Old town, 24 hour reception. I have forgotten my belt, and the staff was really helpful and returned it.

The windows could be cleaner, as it ruins the perfect view.

Bed not relax matrix need to be changed as it make on my heads and back side also window not clean also AC not good as they are relying on weather and they didn't inform that from beginning

Nice comfortable hotel. Easy to access to city center with bolt/uber. Nice view from the room. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff is very nice. Also, breakfast is good.
