The guy at the recepetion was awesome. He assisted me a lot. Location is superb, everything is nearby.

The main point is not having a lift. But the guy at reception made it just easier by taking the luggage upstairs. Btw, other guy at night time was not so helpful, but I guess, he is not regular.

nice boutique hotel. staff were friendly and welcoming. the room, though small, is very comfortable with no noise disturbances, ensuring a restful sleep. shared kitchen, equipped with a fridge and tea/coffee available at any time—a great convenience. simple breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located place with great hospitality, this is an excellent choice

One thing to keep in mind: the hotel is in an old city building on the third floor, with stairs to climb, and taxis can’t stop directly in front. If you have a lot of luggage, this might be a bit of a challenge

Best experience ever. I had the chance to meet Ergun and Amin at the reception every day. They are the most helpful gentlemen you’ll ever meet. Location is perfect. Room very large and clean. Check in start at 2pm but I came at 5 in the morning and they happily accepted me, made me feel comfortable. They even offered me breakfast before the check in. Just amazing people working there. The breakfast lady makes delicious breakfast fresh every day. The experience is worth more than a 5 star hotel. I’ll definitely return again

Very good hotel in the heart of Baku, centrally located so many attractions will be walking distance. Shops, restaurants, street food nearby. Metro station Sahil + bus station just few minutes away. We liked how spacious our room was, but furniture need a little make over or repear. Bathroom was in good condition and clean, toiletries included, as well as tooth brush and paste, sleepers, 2 bottled waters. In general we were very happy with Elysium hotel. But the best part were people, 2 guys at reception and ladies who prepared breakfast - very very kind and hospitable people, thank you so much!

Everything was good, maybe an electric kettle would be helpful in room, we missed 2 drinking glasses and 1 extra blanket, but anything you ask for you can get from nice and helpful personnel.

Loved staying here with my mom. The room was exactly like the photos, bathroom was clean and had all the toiletries. The hotel is located on a busy street close to everything, you can’t keep the balcony door open unless you like traffic noise, but that’s not a big deal to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel for a short stay.

The very first night we arrived very late around 2-3 am and we were told that the room we booked wasn’t available. At this time of night it would be a nightmare to start looking for another place and having to take a taxi so we agreed to stay in whatever they had available. We stayed in some apartment upstairs (in the same building) and it was probably one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed in my life. Thank god it was only for 1 night and we were able to get the room we booked the next day. To avoid this I think anyone should message the property before arrival and make sure they didn’t overbook you.

We visited Baku to attend the F1, this hotel is in perfect location for that as well as being central for everything. Balcony actually overlooked the F1 track. There were trees so would not recommend if you are planning to watch the race but as an extra it was amazing. Room was a good size. Good AC and hot water. Staff really helpful. All in all an excellent little budget hotel.

There are four flights of stairs and no lift, we expected this so was OK but worth bring aware of. Would have been good to have a small fridge.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the city, and it was easy to find our way there. The staff members were helpful throughout. The balcony was also an excellent addition to the room.

It would have been great to have a fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and clean, but basic. Soundproofing was one issue though, the doors were very thin, and it is on a main road - this was fine for us, but worth noting for anyone else.

The hotel was very close to Nizami , 500 MTRS maximum, the Balcony room was fantastic with the city view , i could see the flames towers too . Amin catered for us very well , such a well behaved and professional guy he is . He helped us with the luggage, with the transport to airport. The hotel was very clean , with a cute little kitchen, great room service and it exceeded my expectations for the price we paid . Overall loved my stay at Baku

The location was exceptional. Right in the heart of Baku. However my best experience was Elgan who took care of me from the time I arrived until I left. He was amazing. He also gave me a run down of all the sights and how to get there and what to see. One of the days he even prepared my breakfast because I was leaving early for a tour. He is a precious treasure to this hotel. Hold on strongly to him.
