Very Clean and relatively new. Great room with balcony of street view. Daily cleaning service. Great staff and energy. Strong air-conditioning. Low price (we booked one day before we come). Enclosed car park nearby (you pay 18Euro per night). 2 Electric car charging spots right at hotel entrance. Looked like underground public transport station right in front of hotel too, but street is dirty and location feels u safe so we didn’t take the public transport and walked or drove our car instead for the 4 days 3 nights in Brussels. Small supermarket within a block.

Location is not good: located in an unsafe areas we stayed inside hotel every night after 7/8pm and watched Netflix and ordered 3 nights of delivery. If we were in a safe part inside town, we would have gone out to eat and tour until late night. First night here, we walked out (turned left and then left), saw 2 convenient stores with steel bars(like jail) covered store front. Then a fight broke out next to us and the fighting people following us. We ran back to the hotel, scared and ordered delivery. Took 20 minutes to walk to city centre. Would choose to pay more money to stay in safer area and city centre next time. No safe place close by to eat except hotel cafe which is closed at night.

lovely and polite staff. happy to help you in anyway. clean modern spacious room, comfortable bed. good pillows which made sleeping easy. great bathroom - clean and hot shower which I loved. location is good with a metro station 1-2 mins from the hotel. main sites are also walkable as it is central to everything. good restaurants 10-12 mins walk - lots of choice. breakfast was nice, but no rotation so if you’re staying for more than 4 nights, you may get bored of it.

The area does seem unsafe especially at night. We witnessed drug taking and dealing inside and outside the station. So if you’re a solo traveller be careful. It can also be noisy at night but it wasn’t every night and it’s out of the hotels control.

The cleanliness and interior design.

The area is a bit dangerous, the room too small and a bit too dark, towels are really thin/poor quality and there are no products in the bathroom. Only 4 coffee capsules are offered and they invite you to pay for the rest. The price was really high in our case and two adults wouldn't have feel comfortable in the room due to its size (it was double superior but looked as double given to solo travellers). In the reception, they tried to convince us about the good size of the room (it can be a cultural issue due to hotels being particularly small in Japan - if the case).

Room was clean and comfortable and perfect for someone staying on a city break due to walkability to main square and access to further out destinations via Metro. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend it to friends.

If you are a light sleeper I would request a room to the back of the hotel if possible, we were facing out onto road which didn't bother me especially on a city break. Wasn't an issue during the night just early in the morning which I would not consider a deterrent for choosing this place to stay as we were up early to see the sights anyway!

The location of this hotel is ideal--close to the main attractions and a nearby metro station. The staff is also very helpful and polite. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean (it did not have a street view, so maybe that helped too).

The room was clean, but on my last day, I came into the room in the evening to find the bathroom dripping wet. It was not dirty per se, but I was reluctant to use the shower in case the excess water was due to a faucet problem. I assume that it was because the housekeeping service forgot to finish cleaning/drying the bathroom, but who knows? Also, for solo travellers, the room is a bit bare--no kettle, no tea/coffee maker, no fridge. Of course, I knew ahead of time what I was getting when I did the booking, but I still think that these items have been greatly appreciated after a long day of meetings. Also, they only left two paper cups for the whole duration of my stay--I think they need to be restocked every day if there are no glasses/cups in the room.

Great service; room was comfortable and the bed was great to rest and have a good sleep. Clean up service was on point as well. The hotel is also very well located and also well known around the city, so taxis and other private transportation know where to take you just by saying the hotel name; no need to show written addresses if you don't have them. Breakfast was algo very good for the value.

Because the hotel is in front of a main street, it can be a bit noisy if your room is at the front; lots of ambulances passing around and fire trucks because there is a fire station and a polyclinic a few blocks from the hotel. The hotel does not have an actual restaurant or room service if you want to eat at night. They give you a list of restaurants that do delivery around the area or invite you to use delivery apps; can be a bit challenging if you don't speak french. They have snacks for sale and canned drinks at request, but not real meals beyond breakfast.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were nice, free drinks. Beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and large. Any issues we had were NOT the fault of the hotel. We had a great stay!

Location is good and walkable to the centre but unfortunately (not the hotel's fault) we felt like maybe we had stumbled upon a slightly rougher area (maybe it's just brussels??). We never had any real issues but lots of really bad rubbish on the street. No automatic key card to get in at night. If I had been a solo women in that area I probably wouldn't have felt very safe unfortunately.

New and fresh hotel. The staff at the desk was very helpful in making sure that our reservation was okay. And even made sure that we had 3 rooms next to each other. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and even the stretcher for my child was comfortable. The bathroom was new and had a lot of space as well. The breakfast was very good.

The neighbourhood was so so. As I did not know Brussels I was not aware that we were on the center ring. Although that by itself is not an issue but the people hanging around there drinking etc did not give me a very safe feeling. Having said that, we had no problems with them. The center is a 15 min walk. For my parents who are a little less mobile that was quite a challenge. Again, this has also to do with my lack of preparation to understand Brussels before I booked. The bath was not designed to have a shower in. As a result the shower sprays mostly on your back and you have to bent your back to get it on your head. In the end it is doable, but the bathroom floor became very wet.

We recently stayed at this Japanese-style hotel, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect - it was situated in a walking distance to prime location and had easy access to public transport. The hotel's interior was beautifully decorated with a traditional Japanese theme, and everything was immaculately clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing staff. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any queries and provided great recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was freshly prepared. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, the staff were excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese experience with great service and amenities.

I think car parking should be included in the overall price, not charged separately.

The staff were excellent: polite, friendly, very professional. The location was awesome: walking distance to city center and right next to Ylser metro station. The hotel is very clean, the rooms abd public spaces both. We've tried their breakfast too and it was lovely.

The hotel is very minimal in terms of appliances, which is fine for most things, but at the beginning of our stay the room didn't even have a kettle for water/coffee. A few days later they'd added a nespresso machine so that solved the problem. The bed was a little on the soft side which we didn't really like, and having an extra blanket in the room would've been nice since I personally didn't feel like going to bother the staff past midnight for one.
