Beautiful apartment, lovely decor and very spacious. Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax on and had lovely views of the city (apt is 7th floor). Beds were comfortable and location very convenient - close to the train station, old town (Grand Place etc) and some shopping areas were only a 5 min walk. There are plenty of places to eat in a short walking distance, or you can get delivery (what we did for dinner as we enjoyed the apt so much). Some convenience stores nearby too.

It was generally great. The elevator stopped working for a few hours one day so we had to climb up 7 flights of stairs a few times, but it was good exercise and was resolved quite quickly ;)

This place was stunning. We had the best views of the City downtown. The experience in general was beyond our expectations, from the reservation, the checkin every one was super nice, the restaurant suggestions, the check out, everything.

Everything was perfect. It was super clean, with all the amenities.

The design, lighting, layout of the apartment was good. It was centrally located. Had good views. It was clean.

It got a bit cold in there & we asked for heater, but it took a day or more to arrive. There were candle holders & candles but the battery operated candles didn’t have battery & there no matches available…. So couldn’t light any candles…. Would created a good ambience.

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Grand Place. Some buses from excursion companies start from a couple of blocks away. There are express supermarkets within walking distance as well. The penthouse looks exactly as advertised.

The apartment was kinda messy so on the hygenic side it was not all that top.

Attention! You must fill in the information online before checking in and pay a credit card deposit of 500 euros or a one-time insurance payment of more than 30 euros. Otherwise you will not be able to check in The house itself is well designed and in a good location, but there is a lot of noise from the road since you are in the city center. Fortunately we checked out on a Sunday and there weren't many cars outside on Sunday.

1. Check-in instructions are unclear- Make sure to contact them two days before check-in and arrange a meeting time. They will hand over the key and to you in person. We wrote day be for check-in didn't get reply until the afternoon on the day of check-in and had to wait 40 minutes in the cold with our kids. 2. The house is nice but poorly maintained- The hardware is good and basic cleanliness of the house were okay, but the glass was dirty and the hot water kettle had a bad smell. 3.Not enough hot water for shower- There's not enough hot water for 6 people to take a shower. Hurry up! Otherwise you won't be able to take a cold shower.
