we had a spacious room with balcony and en suite which was ideal to spread our cycling gear around. Good bike storage available in the garage. Our host Veerle was very helpful. it was good value for money.

The planned improvements will hopefully address some of the issues noted by previous guests. Nearby restaurants seem to get fully booked in advance so travel to Waregem was our usual option for an evening meal.

The host was really friendly and so kind to help us bring our luggage to our rooms (we had 2*25kg of luggage on our bikes, so much appreciated) Breakfast was super complete and good quality food The beds were good quality (2 separate beds in our case) Our e-bikes were stored safe in the garage

We usually don't stay in hotels/B&B with shared bathroom/toilet. We overlooked this during the booking. The bathroom was clean when we arrived. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom/toilet this is a good price/quality stay

Accomodation need some refurbishment, but considering the price / values side of it it came with a very good price. We have spent two nights there and we went to Ostend and Bruges, which was easy 1 hour ride by car. Breakfasts were great.

The garden was very beautiful and breakfast was more than satisfying. It was such a good hospitality and guidance for us. We will definitely be here again. Thank you Wesley.

This bed and breakfast is literally like a home, the atmosphere is really nice in general. The large living room of the common area is perfect for chilling. The owners are also really friendly and willing to help. I had a great experience :)

Unfortunately I could not sleep good because of one person renting the room next door that was really impolite (coming back really late and putting its morning alarm to snooze for 1 hour between 05:00 and 06:00 am). A shame! not the fault of the owners (but late evening checking and really early check out should not be accepted).

Everything went perfect:) Exceptional host and best value for money in the area! Especially happy about the room's and garden's size and breakfast of course

The room was huge and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were really good value for money. Its in a quiet area but perfect for an overnight stop whilst travelling home to the UK. I would happily stay again.

The shower could do with some maintenance (but does work adequately at the moment).

Wonderful home cooked breakfast with omlette, fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, different types of bread and pastries e.g. croissants, pan au chocolat, danish pastries, homemade chocolate cake, fruit, yoghurt, different hams and cheeses, etc, Comfotable rooms and great host.

Very clean, Breakfast was a great surprise, nice space around the B&B

They have both rooms with and without bathrooms, I should have noticed this when I was booking, nevertheless, the shared bathroom was clean, close and we had what we needed.

Second time visitor, so can't complain - exactly for my needs - great location for beer tourism, warm welcoming host and nice breakfast. Thanks Wesley for your kindness and hospitality.
