The Staff when checking In and checking out was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was bigger than expected and with enough storage. Bed was comfortable as well. The hotel exceeded my expectations from the picture very good quality-value, super convenient if you need to spend an over night close to the airport. There were multiple restaurants at walking distances of the hotel, also a very good Italian restaurant in the hotel. If I have to be overnight nearby the airport I would stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was wonderful. Great restaurant. Excellent bar and reception. The barman is a true professional. The hotel has a very convenient garage. The rooms are huge, bright and with great beds. Perhaps the most important thing is that the heating was with radiators. In this case, the customer can choose and adjust the heating as he wishes. This is now a very rare situation, as most hotels no longer leave people a choice and only provide ventilation or air conditioning.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. We did have a car and parked in the on-site lot. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were several good places to eat nearby (including at the hotel). We ordered take-away pizzas from the hotel restaurant one night and they were excellent. The room we booked was a large family room and it was perfect for two adults and two teens. I think it was a good value and I would stay here again.

No issues. The hotel met our expectations.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and speak English very well which was great for me. They allowed me to store my luggage both before and after check out, I was told I could leave my bags for as long as I wanted to. The room was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. No air con but the fan provided did the job perfectly, and quietly. Fridge provided with enough space for multiple bottles or cans.

I liked the hotel. We took a room for three. One large and one small bed. Clean linen. Large balcony.

I didn’t like that I could hear conversations from the next room and chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but it was an hour’s walk, 15 minutes by taxi. A taxi ride cost 20 euros.

The room was excellent for three people, it had a balcony for fresh air, the beds were comfortable and the room & shower clean. It had an Italian restaurant which we enjoyed after a long day traveling.

The door to the bathroom was glass, this meant that anyone using the bathroom at night woke up others in the room, as the door was directly in front of the main bed.

With my wife we spent only one night. The Lady at the reception was professional and very kind welcoming us with a big smile. The room was clean. In this hotel there is a restaurant/pizzeria, we had two amazimg pizzas that we high recommend to everyone. Mr. Alessandro is very nice keeping an eye on our needs and for sure he knows very well what "customer satisfaction" means. Next to the hotel there is a comfortable private parking for free. Brussels Arirport is approximately 10 minutes by car very good for early morning flights like we had. Thank you!

Everything was fine, good 3 star hotel with comfortable bed and good customer service!

Unfortunately, the food on breakfast was cold for everything. Perhaps, it wasn't heated since I was checking out at 5 am or I had to heat the food by myself, but I didn't have enough time to deal with that 😅 But all in all, it was fine, the amount of food was more than enough

Very large and spacious rooms, clean, excellent bathroom, including hot and cold air conditioning. The hotel lobby has a restaurant. The hotel is highly recommended.

No elevator is a disadvantage and there is no shuttle to the airport. But there is a bus line in front of the hotel number 616 that arrives in 10 minutes to the airport at a cost of 2.5 euros per ticket.

The people from the reception where super helpful. The room was taken care every day. there was a restaurant internally and some choices around. It was just a few meters from the company I needed to visit....so super!

Could not connect to WiFi but it is true that I never asked reception why....I simply used my data.
