The best thing about this place is the location! The staff is WONDERFUL as well. We usually stay in condo-style places north and south on the island, but with what our plans were and the 1st-time Belizers, this was ideal. Perfect compromise! Close to everything in town, a semi-private very clean beach area, and nice pool! Staff at the on-site restaurant/bar were excellent too.

I wish there was better clean drinking water access. The water spout for clean drinking water is in the hallway. Threw me off a little...

Great location near the center of San Pedro. Easy walk to San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi dock and close to air strip. Steps from the beach. Suites are large with full kitchen and living room/dining room, working A/C for those extra hot days and free TV.

Not in front of this hotel, but there is a lot of seaweed on the beach. The cleanup crews were hard at work trying to get rid of it, as it smells as it dries.

The location of sunbreeze suites was perfect. Everything you could need was in walking distance and if you wanted to trek further you just needed to rent a golf cart which the concierge would help you with. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very spacious.

The bed was a little “overused” I’d say so my boyfriend and I would roll to the middle sometimes. Also, when I booked I thought there would be beach access but we had to travel a bit to lay on a beach.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was excellent, very clean and consistent. Site was secure and we felt safe at all times.

We needed more advice and assistance booking excursions. We waited several days for plans to be made and ultimately, nothing was arranged for us. We were able to book tours on our own, but we lost time waiting for the hotel to help us.

Good location, easy to walk around town from the hotel. Room included a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. Room was very spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning didn’t work well in the bedroom. The living room was significantly cooler than the bedroom. Kitchen was not well stocked, not even salt and pepper to use. Pool is extremely small and the beach is not very nice at the hotel.

Super helpful staff! They contacted me multiple times before we came to help answer questions about our trip to San Pedro. They also helped us book some fun excursions when we got there. We did the Lamanai Mayan Ruins tour and the Cave Tubing/Ziplining through Serious Adventures Tours. The location is really convenient if you want to be right in the center of San Pedro. It's also right next to the docks for the Ocean Ferry and Belize Express water taxi. If you choose to fly to the island it's about a ten minute walk. If you want to dive the Blue Hole, we booked a great excursion with Amigos Del Mar which was only about a two minute walk down the beach. We also booked some other dives and scuba excursions through White Sands and they picked us up just a short walk down the beach.

The suite was roomy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable.

It was a little closer to the busy part of town than I would have liked. However that did make it convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc.

The staff was exceptional! The rooms were spotless..cleaned every day top to bottom.

The bar was off center of courtyard with pool. The noise from that echoed to the rooms. The positive note is they did close things down by 10:00 pm

The hotel was conveniently located in town, was typically quiet and the staff was very nice. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice comfy futon for our 3rd guest. Close to a local market too

I wish the pool had more sun. We never used it cause it was typically in the shade due to the building layout.

The property is centrally located, has a nice section of sand and a pier with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. The balcony is spacious and all have an ocean view.

I have no dislikes about this property.
