Spacious room, great view and breeze on the outside porch (2nd floor) - we spent a lot of time out there! The staff is very friendly and helpful.h

If you are on the 2nd floor, there's no place to lounge/sun on the beach side (you would be imposing on the first floor guest's space). Pool area is nice but very small - there's not enough space/chairs for more than a handful of people.

Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. Grocery store right around the corner had pretty much everything you would need. Awesome view from the rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, helped us set up some snorkeling trips. Very nice pool. Accommodations were spacious and clean.

Very close to airport, so you could hear planes starting early in the morning. We got used to the sound though.

It’s right on the water & has a great view. We came to dive the Blue Hole & Turneffe at Amigo Del Mar so it was perfect location for us as a young couple on a month long honeymoon. We started with Xanadu Resort which is South of the island which is more for families & older travelers. we came to Palms because it’s closer to town & walkable distance. You’re near the airport which is also walkable distance. There was a disturbance but the staff handled it with so much care. If you’re traveling alone or with family I would highly recommend this place.

The location was right in town. The suite AC worked great the grounds were clean and quite. The view was great from inside.

The smell from the sargassum was like rotten eggs. Could not enjoy the ocean due to the smell.

Everything! Kind staff, comfortable and beautiful location and apartment, complete with anything one could need. My biggest compliment is the quantity and quality of the towels- many places there are never enough- not a problem here, including nice pool towels too! Great location, and the golf cart parking is secure too.

We selected the location and very much appreciated the outstanding service of each staff member we encountered during our stay. Each person we interacted was kind, caring and respectful and had our best interests at all times.

No complaints, whatsoever. Of course, a breakfast included would be a nice added touch, but that may not have been possible at this time or at this facility.

The room was big and clean. The kitchen is fully furnished and every room had a small TV. The beds were as comfortable as any "not my bed". I never saw a bug anywhere. The outside beach area was cleaned every morning and they have a security guy who walks around outside at night. It was located right on the beach..a beautiful place to sit, drink my coffee and eat breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay there again.

I dont think we had maid service but maybe I was supposed to ask for it. We did have to go to the office to replenish towels, coffee and filters.

It was the perfect spot! The staff were unbelievable and helpful. We could not give this more of a recommendation to stay. Thank you!

Immaculate grounds beautiful pool lush lush garden on the beach and footsteps to downtown and the staff arranged just about anything you can think of for you Miss Annie and the rest of the crew couldn’t be nicer and more helpful

Beautiful views and everything was walkable. we didn’t rent a golf cart. The staff was really responsive and helpful! They help book a last minute sunset cruise!
