The staff were incredibly helpful with any questions we had about absolutely anything. They organised a golf cart that was delivered to the front door of the hotel Good aircon Great smart tv Hot shower!!

The location is right in the middle of town, for this reason there are lots of drunk beggars roaming the streets (they constantly stop to interrupt your conversation and give an uncomfortable feeling when they don’t leave when you say “no”) (This one has nothing to do with the hotel itself) but by the way, the “secret” at Secret Beach is that there are sea lice everywhere that bite you when you are in the water. This wasn’t explained in any of the YouTube videos we watched prior to our trip to San Pedro.

The sea view and it's location was perfect! The rooms are so modern and the front desk was SUPER nice and helpful. Both the gentleman and young lady. Only regret I didn't get either name to compliment how friendly and helpful they were. WiFi dropped for a moment and the front desk came up immediately after calling to check it out and less than 2 minutes from calling it was fixed with someone to greet me at the door to confirm it was fixed. Guarantee I'm choosing this place again.

Maybe the stairs, I was on the fourth floor which was a bit tiring but the step design really helped. I can say, maybe the pricing? For the luxury and comfort I mean it's great but I think maybe it could have been a bit less. It's hard to find a flaw as it surpassed my vision of the place. Emphasis on this BIT. But overall it was PERFECT!

Beautiful location, meticulously maintained grounds, and friendly staff. We loved the restaurant out on the dock, iguanas, pools, beach, the quiet. We had stellar service from the staff and onsite tour company.

Kitchen/restaurant was sometimes understaffed. Weirdly we had both a hot water and an AC problem that staff addressed v. well. Be prepared for potential windy days and distance from Ambergris/other restaurants.

Having not seen many reviews I took a chance on this place based on the photos and location on maps. Wasn't disappointed- Great location, though you are in the middle of town, expect a little noise from vehicles vs somewhere by the beach. Staff was great! Friendly, informative about local dining, etc.. Rooms were clean, place was quiet, centrally located. AC worked great. Bathroom and shower all worked great. I had zero issues with this place. I will stay here again next time I visit.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Security coming up to our room regarding the “noise” I don’t think we were that loud. It was a bit uncomfortable for the rest of the night. Cause we were just laughing and enjoying a show.

There was a coffee maker in the room but we were not given any coffee or creamers. We travelled with a group of 12 and we had no where to meet on site for drinks or conversation, we always had to meet somewhere else.

The new owners try to take really good care of you. Rooms seem freshly renovated and are therefore perfect.

The store on the opposite site of the street scams you and sells you products way more expensive if you don‘t correct them. Avoid that Tourist trap!

Family owned business; staff was SUPER friendly! location is right in the middle of the centre and the beaches. Bed very comfy and good shower and AC. I felt very safe.

There’s no common area or place to hang out next to your own room. Very noisy outside at night

staff are friendly and very helpful. we arrived after my wife fell and they took us to the medical clinic and Abdul even stayed with us. when we returned to the hotel they got us ice for her ankle. very sweet young couple.
