The staff were welcoming and available to answer questions. The location is excellent, a short taxi ride from the bus station and only a short walk to a cable car station. Good options for restaurants and cafes. The area felt safe. Room was large and cleaned daily. Generally clean and tidy, though the finer details of this could be improved. Sheets and towels were fine.

Breakfast was more complicated than needed. The hotel uses an online form to select options the night before; on two out of four mornings the orders were not received properly. The hotel did not query receiving only one form for two guests. Despite the information being clear about what options were, they were not always fulfilled as stated. It is also disappointing that a fuller takeaway breakfast could not be provided for early check out when this has been paid for - it would not be too difficult to put some items in a bag.

I booked this hotel due to the need of stay in La Paz not because I wanted. Yet, not only the owner Eduardo but his team (family) welcomed me & never show me negative expressions to help me out, change of the room, recommendation with more details than I asked for, requests etc. & I started liking this area & my time here. I liked the atmosphere that Eduardo & this hotel create and I am very lucky to find this place, ended up spending longer than the initial plan! Not "didn't like" but sadly I could not try out their zanahoria / velvet cake for the breakfast which they recommended me.. yet thank you for serving me fresh & nutrious meal to start my day!

Home away from home. The staff is incredibly friendly, and very welcoming. Space is clean, and they offer daily room service if you need. Daily breakfast is amazing, with so many options! Being across the street from the teleferico, you have easy access to the entire city, while not having to be in the noisy areas. It's quiet, and still close to everything you need. Wifi speeds were exceptional! As a digital nomad, I need reliable and fast internet to survive. They had the best I've seen in all my South America travels. Also helped being able to connect by ethernet directly in my room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and organised a taxi pickup from the airport for us at 4am. Location was excellent - walking distance to alot of places - and so close to the Teleferico which is a fantastic way to travel around the city . Overall we would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors were better than on the ground floor.

The staff was the most kind and helpful. Advicing in choosing places to visit and organizing the trip to our next destibation. We are really greatful of them. Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel is in a peaceful area and next to one Teleferivo station.

Good location close to cable cars and restaurants. Staff fantastic, we arrived tired after a night bus and they got our room ready as quick as possible. Fabulous brakfast with good coffee and a good choice. Got some laundry done which was returned within the day.

When I got back to the hotel at 8 pm, the door was closed. I rang the bell, and the employee didn't hear it (he must have been watching TV or sleeping). I only managed to get in after 20 minutes.

Truly excellent service. Very comfortable beds. Hot water anytime! Really good breakfast. Great hotel to pamper yourself after some hard traveling.

While breakfast is very good, as stated in other reviews the ordering system is unnecessaryly complicated!
