Staff were friendly and really helpful. They helped us arrange multiple taxis with safe drivers, and there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We used this hotel as a base for a week while we explored La Paz, Uyuni, and Copacabana. It was very affordable and we really enjoyed unpacking here and then taking small overnight bags for our other trips. We had lots of early morning starts and there was always someone to help us at the front desk. The room was clean with a good shower. The location is excellent, right by the witches market, which has lots of restaurants and bars.

The street noise is bad. There were many nights when we got very little sleep due to traffic or blaring music from other places. This went until midnight sometimes. If I stayed again, I would get a cheaper hallway-view room so that the street noise isn't so bad. Although the location is excellent, they really need to double glaze the windows that face the street. Also the rooms are very small. The beds are double beds not queens.

I liked the location. My room, on the 5th floor, had French windows on to the street below which I loved. The views were amazing. I had to accept that it was a bit noisy but ear plugs sorted that. My room had a double bed but it could only really accommodate one person once you have your luggage etc. only one side if the bed had a bedside table. There was sockets for charging items. There was a heater for cold days & nights. The shower was hot and powerful. The hotel itself was quiet. I used the stairs to get me used to the altitude. The hallways and walls had lovely colourful murals. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The staff every morning were very busy and helpful. The breakfast room is on the top floor with a colourful balcony with an incredible view of the city. All staff were very friendly & helpful especially Luis on the main reception. There’s a kettle in reception for on tap hot drinks. Plenty of sofas and a library too. The lift is very useful for a 6 story hotel. The cleaners were great. I loved my stay here. I could walk everywhere from the front door. So much so I stayed longer. I couldn’t be bothered to go to Uyuni.

My room was very tired, beige and had no colour or art. The bin in the bathroom was too big to be next to the toilet. So having a big bin way over under the sink is not helpful when all toilet paper must go in the bin. The bathroom could have some hooks and the shelf over the sink could be deeper. They put a basket of soaps etc on it that always falls off. There was never a spare toilet roll left. No complaints apart from that.

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the Witches Market. They have a travel agency on site which was convenient for booking a city tour (highly recommend). The view from the terrace and the breakfast was nice. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and a decent size. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant on the property was only okay, I recommend eating at the restaurants near the hotel. I was there in June and it was a bit cold, but like most hotels in La Paz don't expect a heater. The staff can provide extra blankets or a small electric heater.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast at the terrace with beautiful view. The room was spacious with nice bathroom and hot water. The staff was amazing and spoke English. When I had health problems they helped us to call a doctor. Downstairs you can always get coca tea and buy bottles of water. Location was also perfect. And wifi was working great

Streets of La Paz are noisy so it can get loud if your window overlooks the street. There are also rooms which have windows looking at the hall but it can feel less private

Positives: Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Excellent WiFi, decent breakfast option, and warm shower (you wouldn't think that would need to be called out, but it hasn't been a safe bet with some of the other places I've visited on my trip). Overall, good value for money.

Negatives: Room was a little cramped due to a support pillar running through the middle, and there was a bit of noise from the other tenants. It's not an expensive place, so these are honestly perfectly acceptable for the price.

The staffs were very friendly, helpful and amiable, they would help you what you want once they could. They let you early check-in, and provided storage after check-out. The location was very convenient, near to travel agencies, shops, restaurants, cable car station, ATMs, you can easily access to anywhere you want. The room was very good, they provided heater for you to use and they provided the coca tea for you to conquer the altitude sick. I'll continue to stay here once I come here again.

Great stay, super view from the breakfast area, great position at a walking distance from San Francisco and Mercado de Las Brujas, staff really helpful but a special mention to Javier, really genuinly helpful throughout all the stay. Very punctual with taxi service, we arrived a bit early and we received complimentary breakfast and early check-in (we stayed twice in this hotel) and would definitely come back! Super!

only one soap and not much shampoo in the bathroom windows not very soundproof

Lovely hotel near the Witches market in La Paz. The rooms were very big, clean and with a small heater. The shower had really good pressure and hot water. The staff was very attentive and nice during our whole time there. Breakfast is also very good, juices, toasts, fruits and eggs, in the rooftop. They organise a reliable transfer to/from the airport for an extra fee. They are close to shops and supermarkets and a tour office. Good communication via WhatsApp too

Great option in the heart of La Paz, close to the Witches’ Market, the Museo of Coca, and other points of interest. The quality of service provided by Luis at the reception was distinguished! He supported all our needs in a really kind and polite manner, from helping us with money exchange (in a fair competitive rate) and arranging our transfer to the airport! Another great feature was rooftop where we have our breakfast, providing a nice view of the city and its hills.

Good location, not far from San Fransisco Plaza, market stalls, cable car stations... breakfast varied on how busy they were... poor woman was run off her feet some days... other days breakfast was good- fresh fruit, eggs cooked for you with a choice of styles, rolls, jam... good coffee and milk... also cereals available... but dependent on number of people taking breakfast at that time and the time the woman had to replace items used... Cocoa leaf tea available free of charge in the lobby, if you take that kind of thing... Staff were very good when I waited most of the night in the foyer for my taxi to the airport...
