This was a lovely hotel in a nice location. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately we have to deduct points because the room was so hot as to make it almost unbearable. The heating system seemed to be centrally set and despite us bringing the staff up three times to turn the heat down they couldn't manage to do it. According to the digital controls it was set at 27°. The staff suggested that we open the window, which we had been doing anyway but in this time when we're all trying to conserve energy we found this to be extremely frustrating

The hotel is new, providing good decent breakfast. View of higher floor is great. Though my room is at lower for but it’s alright. Nice and quiet still. My flight got in really early and leave next day early morning too. So I wish to get as much rest. Reception tried to help me to check in early I really appreciate that.

Location was not the central central. But it’s on a quiet side which is good too. Avoid the bad traffic and crowd. Hotel doesn’t offer slippers and I walked around the room with my own, they end up very dirty. Wish the house keepers don’t just vacuum the floor but also mop it. I didn’t see any hair at least.

It was clean, modern and I had a nice view of the city from my hotel room. The TV also had Netflix access, which I did not use, but it was a bonus to have, and the first and only hotel that I have seen this provide. All the reception staff spoke English, and were professional. Breakfast was nice, and very fresh juices supplied with two options every morning. Continental-buffet breakfast selection. Great views from the breakfast room.

The heating in my room did not switch on, and there were no instructions on how to turn on/use the heating. The lighting in the room was all connected to one switch, except a small light close to the window and bedside lights, therefore, the options were to have a brightly lit room or dimly lit by bedside lights. Location not central.

the staff more than anything! the rooms were great, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the views are stunning we arrived super early on a flight at 7am they checked us in early for no extra charge and we’re so accomodating we had to cut our trip short for other reasons, they let me vary the booking so we didn’t pay the 3 nights we wouldn’t be there they have a hotel taxi driver they can call, he’s got the biggest smile and is super helpful

our room got a bit warm because of the sun rising on our window, but definitely not a reason to not stay here

We had a very nice room with two large, comfirtable bed. Bathroom was very nice, big and clean. The staff was amazing, they help you with everything. The best of all is the roof restaurant, where you can see La Paz, and also the food was delicious. We will come to La Paz again in the end of the months and first we made a reservation to another hotel which I now change it and we will stay in Mitru Expeess again.

I like it all. The only (small) minus was location, but the taxi to city center is cheap.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Reliable good quality room with hot water. Breakfast is delicious and on the eighth floor , overlooking la paz. They also have a taxi service to take you to the airport

The hotel's location leaves a little to be desired regarding options for food. This is also clearly a corporate hotel. If you're looking for a chance to meet people or get insider information on the city, this isn't your best choice. Whilst good value, you do pay more for the comfort

Beautiful modern hotel with all updated facilities. Staff was super helpful, organized taxis, helped me find a market and let me store my bag. The room was nice and sleek, could have been in any big city in the world. Free Wi-Fi, snack bar in the lobby, heating, big shower. Overall very nice

the location did not have much in the area, even small markets and shops were sparse. and the neighborhood seemed to shut down after around 9pm and even the markets were closed- seemingly more of a residential area

The rooms are spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. The restaurant is on the top floor with amazing views of the city. The food was also very tasty. We checked out at 12 but the hotel stored our luggage until that evening. We were able to have dinner in the restaurant before our overnight bus and the hotel arranged a taxi for us. It was just a 20 minute walk to the San Francisco Cathedral where we did a really good walking and cable car tour with Hanaa Pacha Travel. Definitely worth doing.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, with hot shower. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me to set my Bolivian sim card which I couldn't do myself, and they were bothering with that for almost one hour - they succed. Location is okay, 20 minutes walk to the city center. They ordered us a taxi to the airport and we were also able to leave our big backpacks at the hotel when we took a 3 days trip to Uyuni.

A nice hotel but a few hilly blocks away from hustle and bustle… on 1st night it was so cold but the heaters were broken, no additional heaters available for guests in these situations was unbelievable… breakfast was good and beautiful top floor glass floor so can see whole city. Breathtaking views…. The female manager there was very helpful in all aspects the following day.
