Very good price/quality choice. The room had a big comfortable bed, the bathroom big and clean. Breakfast has good options, served in the nice top restaurant, overlooking the city.

The bathroom door was squeaking hard and not closing properly and fully, so it really needs a fix. The mini fridge was also making weird noises, we had to unplug it in order to sleep. In the restaurant in the evening, the service is really poor, waiters forgetting orders, mixing orders, orders coming very late...

Clean, comfortable,modern and kept well. Restaurant on the top floor has an amazing 180 degrees view of La Paz. Food are excellent. Staff at the reception is helpful especially Andre who can speak most perfect English. Also easy to arrange a private vehicle to drive us around. Thanks to Pablo 😀

There is need to provide a few necessary items in the room such as a couple of glasses for drinking. Also kettle & coffee making facilities like other hotels we have been.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, decent price. Beautiful view from the restaurant on top floor ... especially at night.

The eggs were cold the first day and no eggs left the second day. The water temperature in the shower was constantly changing from hot to cold, making a comfortable shower difficult. The room did not appear to have A/C or heat, and it was cold during the night. Only the Lobby seemed to have heat.

This was a lovely hotel in a nice location. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately we have to deduct points because the room was so hot as to make it almost unbearable. The heating system seemed to be centrally set and despite us bringing the staff up three times to turn the heat down they couldn't manage to do it. According to the digital controls it was set at 27°. The staff suggested that we open the window, which we had been doing anyway but in this time when we're all trying to conserve energy we found this to be extremely frustrating

The hotel is new, providing good decent breakfast. View of higher floor is great. Though my room is at lower for but it’s alright. Nice and quiet still. My flight got in really early and leave next day early morning too. So I wish to get as much rest. Reception tried to help me to check in early I really appreciate that.

Location was not the central central. But it’s on a quiet side which is good too. Avoid the bad traffic and crowd. Hotel doesn’t offer slippers and I walked around the room with my own, they end up very dirty. Wish the house keepers don’t just vacuum the floor but also mop it. I didn’t see any hair at least.

Room was big, super new and clean, with a gigantic bed and an amazing view on the city. Breakfast is nice and in a nice location (top floor restaurant with city view, which we also tried for dinner and liked). Hotel staff at the reception is very kind and happy to help and give advice. The hotel is walking distance from historical city center and Teleferico stop.

Bedsheets and towels had some stains, which is really unpleasant.

The restaurant has fantastic views and the breakfast was good. The staff were great! The house-keeping was excellent. The location was OK for meeting at Plaza de Murillo.

There were no drinking glasses in the two rooms I had on two separate stays. There was no toaster at breakfast time. On my first stay, the shower water was not warm enough. On my first stay, there was no chair or table in the room, so I had to eat a snack sitting on my bed.

the staff more than anything! the rooms were great, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the views are stunning we arrived super early on a flight at 7am they checked us in early for no extra charge and we’re so accomodating we had to cut our trip short for other reasons, they let me vary the booking so we didn’t pay the 3 nights we wouldn’t be there they have a hotel taxi driver they can call, he’s got the biggest smile and is super helpful

our room got a bit warm because of the sun rising on our window, but definitely not a reason to not stay here

It was clean, modern and I had a nice view of the city from my hotel room. The TV also had Netflix access, which I did not use, but it was a bonus to have, and the first and only hotel that I have seen this provide. All the reception staff spoke English, and were professional. Breakfast was nice, and very fresh juices supplied with two options every morning. Continental-buffet breakfast selection. Great views from the breakfast room.

The heating in my room did not switch on, and there were no instructions on how to turn on/use the heating. The lighting in the room was all connected to one switch, except a small light close to the window and bedside lights, therefore, the options were to have a brightly lit room or dimly lit by bedside lights. Location not central.

We had a very nice room with two large, comfirtable bed. Bathroom was very nice, big and clean. The staff was amazing, they help you with everything. The best of all is the roof restaurant, where you can see La Paz, and also the food was delicious. We will come to La Paz again in the end of the months and first we made a reservation to another hotel which I now change it and we will stay in Mitru Expeess again.

I like it all. The only (small) minus was location, but the taxi to city center is cheap.
