I recently had the pleasure of staying at remarkable hotel Holiday, and I cannot praise it enough. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for my entire stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of this hotel is astounding. The rooms are not only spacious and elegantly decorated but also impeccably clean. The bed was like a cloud, providing the perfect night's sleep. The staff deserves a special mention; they are a shining example of professionalism and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and even anticipated requests I hadn't thought of. The dining experience was a culinary delight. The restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to various tastes, and each dish was a masterpiece. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, featuring an array of fresh, delicious options. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Sarajevo city center. I also appreciated the range of amenities available, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil pool. It's clear that the hotel's management takes great pride in providing guests with an exceptional experience. My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and grateful for the outstanding hospitality.

The stuff was really nice and helpfull, when we left hotel they let us stay at their parking for the entire day, that was great. Also food was really good, room was amazing with nice view of Sarajevo.

We did try to go to the pool but there was a private party there with loud music and cans of beer throwned everywhere, honestly we were shocked to se that kind of behaviour is allowed in this hotel.

Food is excellent, (breakfast), rooms is clean.

Reception is cold,people ih hole seat in jackets. And one window into our room doesn't work good, we heard traffic noise from outside.

Perfect location to every destination. Very helpful staff and polite. Has a garage for guests. Very clean and comfortable. The only place we will stay from now when we visit Sarajevo! I would recommend it to everyone!

I absolutely loved Hotel Holiday! The rooms were spacious and elegant, the staff was polite and friendly, and the entire place felt warm and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location, in the very heart of the city, making it easy to go around and explore Sarajevo. It offers a wide range of amenities, and it is also right next to a big supermarket and Cineplex movie theater. A special mention goes to the food, which was amazing, especially breakfast. Every morning there is so much fresh and good food to choose from, easily one of the best breakfast experiences I have had in any hotel! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Good location to the train and bus. The pool was open and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves.

We did not think very much of breakfast, fried eggs were cold, sausages hard and horrible, a variety of salad things. Coffee and cocoa were not hot out of the machine. Instead of apple juice in the machine there was water. Breakfast let this place down badly. We were put on a no smoking floor, our room smelt of smoke, we complained and we were moved to a room that did not smell of smoke, I know it is a hard thing to do to make sure people do not smoke in there rooms, I thought cleaning staff may have smelt smoke in a room on the no smoking floor. Some of the reception staff very nice, some not. Be nice to have been told what there is to do in the area.

- Availability, listening, kindness, patience and understanding of the personel at the reception. -Cleaning staff always disponible with discretion. - Room is aways clean. I wish I could leave a tip for the Cleaning staff at my floor.

- TV in room 723 was not going good. I could not find TV5, and CNN is fuzzy. Let's say that some of the available channels were really poor quality pictures. - Air conditioning in room 723 seems not working fine. Tuned the air conditioning to 16 degrees but still air coming out was very warm.

Perfect service. Big room. Friendly people. But most of all: the plunge back into time (70s Communist Party Member Hotels) without loss of comfort. We only realised the historic significance of this hotel once checked in. This added to the stay.

Something which didn't disappoint us (to the contrary...) but you need to know: you sleep in a historic place. It is not modern design. Might sometimes have a feel of being worn out, but this was a plus for us. Not a negative!!
