Great location in the middle of the Old Town :) I was a bit skeptic while booking this hotel since it seemed they faced some AC issues. However, I didn't face any problems whatsoever and as far as I could hear it at breakfast, other guest just praised Hotel Sahat. Additionally, I was humbled by the famous Bosnian hospitality and the homey feeling this hotel has. Everyone was always smiling, greeting us, and going out of their way to help us get through the City! We enjoyed the city of Sarajevo even more thanks to the great staff working at hotel Sahat. Thus, dear Alema, Neyra, Adina & Maryam - thank you for everything! Parking is also available on site.

The whole team is just a big WOW! The housekeeping, the front office team, the girl at the breakfast, it's just a whole chain of kindness. Breakfast is not huge, but big enough for the hotel, with fresh eggs, different types of cheese, vegetables and seasonal fruits. My room was adorable. The bed comfortable, clean sheets, clean room, clean bath (looking forward to the bathroom update :) ). I used their shuttle service. It's super convenient, they pick you up, drop off, and it's really worth the price of 20 Euros (it's 20 Euros for up to 3 pax). Location is the best what you can get in the old town, and amazingly enough it's quite. It is surrounded by smaller apartment houses, thus totally blocking any noise. Here one will find kindness, professionalism and the best location!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, just on the edge of the Old Town, near the Latin Bridge and right next to the 14th century Bascarsija (market area). Parking is easy if you reserve a parking spot. The parking is right in front of the hotel but it’s tandem style, so you have to leave your car keys with reception. Our deluxe king suite had a comfortable king bed, lounge area and good bathroom. All the reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was excellent!!

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room, the bathroom was a little dated (particularly the small shower cubicle) and the WiFi was very slow and spotty but other than that it was a perfect stay!

Location- in the heart of old town! Professional and kind staff, they made us fell really welcomed. Our room was very big. Beds were firm enough. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but the staff is very helpful and efficient.

I would not recommend the hotel if you travel for business, at least in our room the lighting wasn’t too good and the table desk quite narrow. The other minor thing was breakfast- it was delicious, but we missed something sweet (croissants, or some cake). The only sweet thing were pancakes. But honestly, these are really minor comments to the very positive experience.

The rooms are great and look new. The staff is super nice and friendly and the breakfast is great. Heaps of variety. The location is perfect. Everything you need is outside the hotel.

The bathroom was very outdated when you compare it to the rest of the hotel. Another thing is that the parking situation is quite difficult. If you are the first to park in the small street, infront of the hotel, then you have to wait for a staff member to reverse all the cars out to get to your car.

Best location in the old town. Literally in the middle of history! The staff is great. Shout out to Fatima, Alema, Nejra and Adina! The girls are always on track keeping everything running. The rooms are clean. There was an issue with the elevator, however, they fixed it first thing in the morning. Parking is super convenient, since you just give the keys, and then their colleagues take care of it. Love not that I didn't have to think about my car :)

Top location - situated just meters from the most important landmarks; although at top centre - the place is quiet in the evenings; breakfast had a surprising variety of options, food was delicious, great plus for me was the espresso machine; staff was very polite and always willing to help

coming by car can be cumbersome - hotel provides limited valet parking for max 4-5 cars and maneuvering in the neighboring streets can be difficult; I would expect frequent room tidying and cleanup

We loved how quickly the staff responded to any issues we had (there were not many). The main problem is parking, since parking is small and it's valet parking. However, the staff takes care of it, so we don't have to worry about it. It is safe, right in the heart of old town. Another issue was that we were late for breakfast, but they still let us grab few things :) Rooms are newly renovated. Very comfortable beds. We are back next week!

I loved everything, the ambience, the staff, the furnishings, the artwork….I need to add that the staff were exceptional, a real stand-out! Even the public bathrooms offered products for women, extremely thoughtful….this little gem was outstanding!

if I had to say one thing…..their tea cups are too small….that’s it!!!!!

Very kind people at the front desk. Amazing location. The hotel does have parking, which is amazing for its central location. AC was great and needed when we were there. Clean bathroom. If I'm in Sarajevo again, I will stay here.

I think it was our room, but the room wifi was not good. The staff did try to address the issue. They were proactive.
