The hotel offers the best value for money in all of Bansko! It’s not luxurious, but it ticks all the right boxes: a great location, clean rooms equipped with a fridge and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals, super friendly staff, and excellent Wi-Fi. :) A special thanks to Lucy at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Whether we had a question or needed assistance, she was always there for us. Even when we didn’t need anything in particular, she would suggest a visit to a local bakery or recommend a spot in nature to make our day memorable!

Not all the facilities were open during the summer season: sauna and restaurant. However, the pool is open and is quite good.

Our bedroom was so cold even if the heating system was turned on, so we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. 2 adults and 1 baby was too much for that small couch and because of the leather it kept making annoying squicky sounds during sleep. Our check ouț procedure was hard and the staff told us to wait until they figure ouț some issue related to the payment. We were in a hurry, but still had to wait at the reception next to our baby and our luggage aprox 45 min

We stayed to this hotel for 3 nights. We had free access to spa area ,free shuttle bus to the gondola lift and dinner and breakfast was in the price. Breakfast was same all days but with enough options to choose and it was very tasty. Dinner was different every night and also was very tasty..

In our 3 nights the stuff did not change our sheets or towels. The steam bath was not working properly. The sauna room was too small and with 4-5 people in it was too crowded.. The bathrobe for the spa area was on extra charge. The water of the internal pool at evening hours, was bit foggy and smelly, also it was not warm. The beds was too hard.

We enjoy the breakfast, it was delicious. In the dinner it was good too but for muslims it is not allowed to eat pork meat, so mostly meat was from pork there. So I recommended to serve different meat in the dinner. The city it wasn't far, so we don't have to take taxi to visit city. Hotel was clear and it was so good that a van transport us to ski resort, and he came back to take us. The hospitality was great from staff of hotel. And the staff did a good service for us, they allowed to have late check out just for 10 euros.

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. The apartment was cleaned almost every day (when we didn’t stay in late). Breakfast was good, it had a bit of variety so we weren’t bored with it. Dinner was also good, it had a few standard items, and a few that were rotated every night. They have a lovely parrot at the reception which is great for kids, they hide it during the night so it didn’t wake us in the morning. The Turkish spa and sauna were working so it was nice to relax after a day of skiing. You can buy a ski pass at the reception, which is a time saver. There is a van to take you to the gondola every half an hour, but it was close enough that we walked most days (in snowboard boots not ski boots) takes about 10 minutes.

The beds are short, I’m 193 and my feet hang of the bed. The pillows were also pretty bad, luckily we brought our own. A lot of the furniture could be tightened. Most drawers can’t be opened without some finagling, and some tables in the restaurant are wobbly. This should be a pretty easy fix for the hotel. The pool is pretty small, on top of that it has columns in it which makes it even smaller. There were 5 of us in it and it felt crowded. The temperature is ok for some light exercise (if you have the pool all for yourself) but I think it might be a bit cold for kids.

We had a great stay! The staff were very nice and friendly, the apartment was clean, warm and cosy. The food was amazing, especially the dinner. There was a playroom for the kids, and also the whole hotel was children friendly, there was a cot in the room and children's chairs in the restaurant. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would surely come back! 🙂

The receptionist was amazing, giving us tips for the town and allowing us some additional time to spend in the SPA after we had arrived a bit late.

The SPA was a bit basic, with the pool being suited mostly for young children or people looking to "chill", but not really suitable for swimmers. Our room was supposed to have a queen bed, but it had two twin beds next to each other, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Location is a bit far from the centre, but close by to the lift area.

For the price we paid, the food was fine. They was always a good choice of salad and normally 4 main dishes to choose from. The reception desk staff were stand out in this hotel. They went out of their way to help us with a lost suitcase.

Great and professional staff, helpful and familiar. Very good and various meals. Spa is small but good and enough for relax after whole day skiing.

The room was very clean, all day and all night warm, big with the best view in the mountain and we have an upgrade!!Also the reception was very helpful with us and the hospitality was perfect!! In adittion the breakfast was a buffet with many options for everyone!!
