Amazing super welcoming and friendly staff. They always smile which is really refreshing especially when you’re tired all day from traveling etc. plenty of toiletries and bathroom amenities. Fast WiFi no problem working available on all areas of the hotel. Great food they provide plenty or large servings I am always full I think I gained a few pounds. The food were homey and very delicious. Plenty of parking. I wasn’t able to use the relaxation center but they were available during my stay. Definitely worth the price. Will stay again if I come back.

There’s no lift not a big deal for me but for people with mobility issues request the lower floors not the top like what I got.

In the closed pool there was something that stung our eyes and throat - I assume it might be Sulphur from the water pumps that pull water from underground It was impossible to stay for more than 2 minutes unless you were somehow immune to chemichal warfare without opening a window to breathe fresh air That would be my only complaint, eveything else was perfect and very affordable Anither suggestion is to increase the temperature inside the open pool during winter, maybe with additional water pump, as water was quite cold when it started snowing

Hotel Grami is a charming little hotel with a prime location. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, including stores for ski equipment, making it incredibly convenient for visitors. Ski lift is 5 min walk from the hotel. The room was well-furnished and beautifully decorated, offering ample space for a comfortable stay. A delightful addition was the in-room coffee machine, which added a touch of convenience. The hotel boasts two heated pools—one indoor and one outdoor—providing a relaxing experience regardless of the weather. The spa, included in the price, is on the smaller side, but we had no issues using it during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of tasty options available. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

Clean room and all facilities, comfortable beds, modern furniture, great and diverse food, good location close to gondola and downtown and quiet, nice hosts, worm (adjustable heating with A/C)

No radiators or means to dry ski underwear, no shower curtain and drainage (water accumulated in bathroom without mop to clean it), dark- rather small window in mansarda and insufficient number of lamps, spa area works from 10-19h - inconvenient for people skiing, cold water in very small swimming pool and too much chlorine

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They organised a transfer for us for the day we left and provided us with coffee and a sandwich as we were leaving before breakfast. The position of the hotel was quiet but not to far to walk to the attractive old town. The pool though small was very relaxing as we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was very nice. We chose yoghurt pancakes/muesli which came with a plate of fresh fruit and real honeycomb. But there was a range of other options. The communal seating balcony was very pleasant.

The room was comfortable but a bit basic, and a bit hot at night.

Room was like a little apartment. Very spacious. Great choice of channels on the tellie. Great breakfast buffet. Great outdoor seating area. Expensive decor throughout the property. Lovely Christmas decorations.

We could hear the people next door one night, but it was more so that they were inconsiderate to other guests. Policy clearly says no parties in the room. There didn't seem to be changing facilities in the swimming pool, so we just changed in our room.

Love the property location, the room was very cozy with all necesites. The host was so welcoming and made me feel at home right away even went to the extend to steep some tea which I brought with for my cough. The breakfast was delicious with local products.

It would have been better if there was an elevator but we had small bags but for me the host hospitality is most important.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was in a great location the beds were comfy. The breakfast buffet was good.The hotel is clean and comfortable. There are really cute communal balconies that look out to the mountains. I would come definitely come back - really is a nice little hotel and good value for money.

Nigt time noise! Some guests were really inconsiderate and the rooms have no soundproofing. The decor is a little dated but if you like lime green and brown it's OK! But you can see this from the pics The spa was OK but on some days was really cold. The steam room didn't get warm enough and I've no idea how the infant red sauna worked. The pool is small, overall it was good enough. You can have fun in the pool and the real sauna was good.

Location is perfect. The hotel is nice, Dayse is the best staff!

The woman working at breakfast keeps staring at you and rushing you to leave the table. The hotel should fix the bathrooms, in both my room and my friends' room, the bathroom drain wasn't working and every time we took a shower, everything was flooded. The swimming pool is from 11 to 7pm. Does not make sense as people spend the day skiing. It should consider leave it open until 9pm.

The location is very good. The hotel is close to the center and the ski lift but in a quiet side street. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty, and there was enough variation so we didn’t get bored for 5 days. We stayed in the deluxe room which is quite spacious. The pool was warm, and while on the small side it didn’t feel crowded when we shared it with a few people. Overall quite good value for the price.

The mattress was really soft, which wasn’t a problem for me, but my GF had a hard time sleeping because of it. Since our room didn’t have a balcony, it would’ve been nice to have a clothes line on the window sill so we could air out our equipment after skiing. The saunas are for one or two people, so unless you time your spa visit correctly you’ll have to wait a bit to use them. We’ve brought our own towels for the spa, but it looks like you have to rent them otherwise (not 100% sure).
