Excellent modern hotel in best area for Visitors. Rooms are very large and so are the en suite bathrooms which have both a bath and a large walk in shower. Beds and bed linen are a dream come true. Staff couldn’t be better and breakfast was a delight. Tuk Tuk drivers who wait opposite the hotel are honest and reliable. There’s an Aeon convenience store nearby and a large Lucky Supermarket a 2 minute walk away.

Superior rooms only have a view of the blank wall of the building next door. No issue for us but some may not like this. It probably helps to keep the room rate reasonable though.

The very best and frankly only place to stay when visiting Phnom Penh is the beautiful Duong Chan (full moon) hotel. The staff is superb, and I’d personally love to thank Seyha, Sokhen, and Sokvisal for making my stay so memorable. The restaurant serves scrumptious meals and the views from the rooftop are spectacular. Close proximity to all sights and fluffy pillows to drift off into dreamland complete my five star rating! I can’t wait to return, soon!!! Thank you, Okun!

Everthing from the room, breakfast was excellent, i would highly recommand the Duong Chan Hotel maintain high standards. I felt so comfortable that if i visit Phnom Penh this is the place i ll return to stay. The breakfast was varied each day with the chef doing a great job.

Delighted with my stay here in March 2025. Nice rooms, perfectly clean, fairly well soundproofed. No view from mine, but wasn't counting on one either. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent, good gym, nice rooftop bar and swimming pool, decent location. I supposedly got 60% off according to Booking but would take that with a pinch of salt: The 65 USD or so I paid per night seems the reasonable price for Phnom Penh, whereas 150USD would have been extortionate.

Nice clean rooms, city view with a lovely rooftop bar with excellent food and very friendly staff. Great pool with comfortable sunbeds. In a nice quite street with enough restaurants and bars nearby. Would stay here again when in Phnom Penh.

Staff was delightful and accommodating. Always the fresh scent of lemongrass and ginger in lobby and hallways. Well located. LOVED the rooftop bar where we ended each night.

This place is amazing and from the start you feel special on the greeting you receive on check in . The pool the room the breakfast the sky bar in fact everything about this place is amazing.

The room is always clean, all staff members are so friendly and kind, the food is great, and the location is so convenient to work within Phnom Penh.

Unfortunately, the food was not to the same high standards of quality as the rest of the facilities. The kitchen seemed to simply reheat the same food multiple times. We unfortunately suffered from severe stomachaches from this.

the staff was so wonderful... smiling faces and ready to help you with anything.... door opened as you come and go... a lovely welcome drink on arrival. the manager? Chhaya(?) was so attentive, making sure everything was OK. The waiters at the bar remember you and your drink orders:) Room and bath are spacious. Breakfast has many choices, wonderful fresh fruit and much Asian. There was always meat and fried rice dishes and potatoes. It was all quite good and there are fresh made to order egg offerings and some other offering every day. The buffet changes each day. Having said that, my husband eats vegan and it was a bit limiting for him. Of course there was bread and other croissant type pastries which you can put through the toaster.... small pancakes and waffles, which in the end are never as good when served fresh. We ate out several mornings. The location was perfect for all the activities that we did. We really got around town. Use Grab and take a tuk tuk everywhere!! Usually less that $1 for anywhere we went.

The laundry service is way too expensive! We do sports and that makes a lot of laundry everyday.... Also the rooms do not have balconies where we usually "dry out" smelly things. So a week here was challenging. We took the laundry out 2 times. A big of laundry out $2.50. One shirt at the hotel $2. To be fair, I did not ask if they would do a bag of sports clothes for less.
