The staff was amazing, even before we got there, they were so helpful with our booking. The scenery of the hotel is sooooo pretty !! They really did an amazing job for that. The room is spacious so is the bathroom. The balcony is an absolute must ! We ordered in and had dinner there with my partner, it was such a nice moment. 10/10 ! Plus, balconies are a lot more private then in other places, absolutely loved it.

The shower door doesnt close properly, so you'll put water everywhere. Not a huge problem tho, still a great bathroom. Breakfast is a little bit effortless compared to other hotels in the same price range in the area. Ladies from the yoga class who come have a dip in the pool in the morning with their gym clothes without taking a shower, were not a vibe.

The place is beautifully decorated, with a nice open terrace view. The rooms are comfortable.

We again were put in a street facing room, with a lot of noise at night. I sometimes wonder if some hotels are putting us in the rooms that are not wanted when we book through booking. We did specify in advance we wanted a quiet room.

The hotel is in a handy location near the Royal Palace. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The gym was small but had enough equipment for a decent workout. The staff were friendly and efficient and organised a car to the killing fields for us. The best features of the hotel are the rooftop pool and bar. The pool was wonderful after a day’s exploring, and the bar - which was also the location for the buffet breakfast - was a great place for a nightcap. We also used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and returned the clothes to our room the same day.

I wrote a review for this hotel under Jungle Addition, a sister hotel. We were switched to PHH due to electrical issues at the other venue but we were not at all disappointed. Super rooftop pool and rooftop breakfast (with a more than satisfactory selection from which to choose and free-flow eggs station and brewed coffee), very spacious and clean rooms, nicely furnished and adjoining modern bathrooms. The latter came with a set of 6-7 Bodia toiletries that one might otherwise expect to find in an international 5-star hotel. Check-in and -out was very smooth.

Everything was superb although I would have liked a more comfortable pillow.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous: friendly, sincere and available without being overbearing. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was also fresh, with a nice variety of options. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great, with a strong shower and good toiletries provided. There are a couple of food options nearby though mostly we walked the required 15 - 20 mins to get to a busier area. This was not an issue for us as we love exploring and there are also tuk-tuks readily available to hop into town at any time. We have booked to go back already!

a really beautiful - large - rooftop pool, that had been thoughtfully planted with grasses around the edges, and which faces very tall trees, so it looks like a garden pool in the sky. I loved this pool. also loved the room I had with a balcony and sparse concrete/terrazzo look. There was a lovely restaurant and bar above the pool level accessed by steps. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere calm. I would definitely return.

please, please, please do NOT put plastic bottles of water in the hotel rooms. Cambodia is being choked with plastic and waste. please use glass bottles, with filtered water, as many hotels now do. And please provide a filtered water dispenser in the lobby for people to fill their reusable bottles with. breakfast was pretty chaotic. I arrived at 9.15 and they had already run out of a lot of stuff, including silverware and plates and glasses. Took quite some time to get clean dishes. it was just the one poor overworked guy doing the pho and omelette and eggs station. Would seem obvious to have one person on each station. But dealing with the plastic bottles is much more important than waiting for breakfast

Lots of traditional touches in the building design yet the modern facilities you need: adequate charging points etc. Very calm atmosphere with great service. Great choices for breakfasts, liked the one meal I had at the restaurant and the wine selection was good for me! Nice informal coffee space downstairs - with good coffee! Had a dip in the pool - big enough for a few laps. Didn’t try the gym! Would recommend

This hotel is located very close to the Royal Palace, and other tourist attractions, most within easy walking distance. The room was well-appointed with comfortable furniture and plenty of space. Staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful and the common areas of the hotel were comfortable and useful. The rooftop was particularly pleasant with restaurant, bar, seating area and decent swimming pool. Would happily stay again.

We opted for a deluxe room with balcony and, whilst the room itself was fine, it was on the first floor and so the balcony was only just above street level, at the back of the hotel where the rubbish was placed out on the road - not conducive to sitting out on which was disappointing.

Penh House Hotel is my go to hotel for my Cambodia Trip, this is the second time I've stayed. The staff are nice, the location isn't bad and there is a Pho place nearby that I tend to eat at.

On my second stay, the shower drain was not functioning causing all the water to flood out of the bathroom. The staff immediately came to repair it but it was evident that it wasn't the first time. My problem with this is that the drain malfunction should have been addressed before giving the customer the room.

everything great at this hotel straff was very friendly and very good trained for take care the guest breakfast at rooftop cafe is very good, also rooftop pool is very good cafe at reception area is also very good, good coffee, beer, wines so great about spa massages, great experience. it is world top class massage experience very relaxing and timeless

only concern about mosquito as this hotel concept is jungle connection, but it's everywhere in Cambodia anyway, so can't complain it but better to have some solution in advance like anti mosquito gel etc... there is pharmacy and they has something, located on the corner of same block of the hotel
