Very nice hotel, only a few minutes walk from restaurants and cafes. Tasteful interior design. Nice, attentive, helpful staff, always smiling, always there to help you. Spacious room. Nice vintage car ride from the airport. Cold towels are offered every time you get back at the hotel. Also mosquito repellent every time you leave the hotel.

We were planning on using the laundry service, but when we saw the prices, we changed our minds: 2 USD for a pair of socks?! You couldn't pay for kilo, as in other places, you could only pay per item which is way too much. I guess that in Cambodia for 2 USD you can buy a new pair of socks. Water in the minifridge was around 2,5 USD/bottle. That is way too much compared to what the prices are in this country. Complimentary airport ride only one way. When we left, we've asked if the return to the airport is also complimentary. It wasn't. They offered to book a ride for us for 20 USD. We took a Grab for 10 USD... From what I've seen, other properties offer much more for a smaller room rate.

I miss this place already! Everything was amazing: the complimentary pick up with an oldtimer, the super friendly staff, the cold towels that you get every single time you get back to the hotel, the reminders every time you leave the hotel to put mosquito repellent, the very comfortable bed, only 8 min walk along the river to the night market/old market, etc. I also got an early check in and late check out due to low season. Do note that it is worth to take the pool view rooms. Especially the corner rooms. I stayed in room 11. For my late check out I got to stay in a standard room for a couple of hours. It is a lot smaller and less nice in my opinion. As a bonus I also got a complimentary drop off at the airport, because the driver needed to pick guests up at the airport. The staff is very thoughtful and they really make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Absolutely loved our stay here - it's a beautiful hotel with a brilliant location and such lovely staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The room was also gorgeous and cleaned multiple times a day! The pool was fantastic too and breakfast was a highlight - so many options and both delicious and beautifully presented! It's also very centrally located along the river, but still feels really private and secluded once you're inside because of the walls and all the greenery!

Viroth’s Villa is exactly how it is advertised, except better! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after and the service is phenomenal. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were so accomodating for us whenever we had any questions or needed help organising a tour/ transport, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We’ve done a little bit of travelling but this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The price is more than appropriate for what you receive.

5 stars does not due this hotel justice 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Most amazing experience and customer service. The staff absolutely went above and beyond to make my stay and incredible experience. Staff arranged a tour of temples and Siemens Reap with Mr. Hean if you have an opportunity definitely ask for him. So fun friendly and informative. Rooms were gorgeous and sparkling clean. Pool was perfect for avoiding afternoon heat. Food was delicious. Limo ride to dinner made me smile and feel special the whole way!

the hospitality of the staff is beyond 5+ star hotel! Facilities are amazing: free pick up with old mercedes, salty water pool, cold towel every single time we arrive from outside, amazing bfast - even they will prep 5star to go bfast i ever seen for sunrise temple tour that will make people from other hotel really jealous. not stopping there, they even let having late check out until 6pm! the room? oh my, its better than the picture! Super recommended!

Beautiful grounds, really friendly staff, rooms are generous and clean. Beds are comfortable, free toiletries, drinking water supplied. Provided us with a breakfast bag to take with us for viewing the sunrise. Great location.

Really nothing much to dislike. Maybe check in took too long with bits of information I didn't need. Pool is saltwater. Price is a little expensive. Overall a really good place to stay, close to perfect.

Stylish design of hotel, comfortable room & bathroom, beautiful garden & lush plants, excellent breakfast, supper-attentive service. Massage service within the hotel. Its exactly what and how I want my villa to be!

No elevator- I asked for a quiet room and was assigned one on the third floor, lots of bugs in the open terrace in the evenings.

Hotel set in a quiet area. Very friendly staff. Welcoming cool towels each time we came back. Good location 5 min walk to pub street. Other good restaurants also available. They arranged for a guide for 45$ and tuk tuk for 20$ a full day temple tour. We also rented a scooter from Khmer Kruiser near pub street which also worked well for the trip to landmine museum

The villa was exceptional - the rooms were gorgeous (excellent design approach!), it was located close to the center and the breakfast was amazing! Strongly recommend it ;)!!!! P.S. Also you should check their gallery - it is full of beautiful art pieces!
