Located slightly outside the centre of Siem Reap, on a quieter side road, but within easy walking distance of Supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, cafes (there is an excellent cafe adjacent to the hotel) As there were 5 of us we booked a 2 bed and 1bed apartment. Both were spacious, with comfortable bedrooms, large living/dining/kitchen areas, en suite bath/shower rooms and a useful balcony/balconies. The pool downstairs was also a hit late afternoon. Manager/Receptionist and Staff were polite and friendly. We used one of the Tuk Tuk drivers who sits outside, Ma Ratcha who was excellent and would thoroughly recommend! I returned to SR for one final evening but decided to stay at another 'Boutique' hotel at the other side of town. In retrospect I should have booked in here again and certainly will if returning!

Nothing to not like. Only moment of misunderstanding (part language and part my mistake as had a very early start to fly to SR and so was a little weary on arrival) was that Booking had been guaranteed by my card but payment was to be made at property (whereas previous accom in BKK had been debited) and wasn't asked during check in if wanted to pay then or at check out....Was a little surprised on checking out to learn it hadn't been debited....so paid using card. Would be useful if the question was asked at Check In....mainly a language issue/misunderstanding.

Great location, huge room with kitchen, washing machine as expected. A little more outdated than we expected as this is the most we have paid throughout S.E Asia but it was comfortable. The pool was a blessing and the staff very friendly and helpful, in fact I left my headphones at the hotel and the manager wrapped them up for me and I organized a Grab to pick them up so they could be transported to Thailand. Basic, everything you need and fantastic location. The option to have our room serviced daily was a real treat.

Gym is in serious need of maintenance. The treadmills belts are off line and it is really not a great workout space. There are a couple of excellent gyms in town, we did not use it again after the first time.

This property was such a great find. Perfect location, quiet street. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff are soo friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great for families as the pool is an awesome feature to burn some excess energy if needed.

The only thing is the beds are extremely hard but the pillows are heaven. Overall I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

we had a 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of space for families, great location - quiet but easy walk to markets/town etc. staff were so helpful, organised driver to tour Angkor Watt and any other help we needed. Beds were a little on the firm side, but everything else was great! would stay again happily

The king suite was huge and the washing machine & clothes airer on the balcony were very much appreciated. Lovely & quiet area yet only 5 minutes walk to Pub Street which was great fun. The staff were very friendly. We loved our stay in both Siem Reap and BB Angkor Residence, recommend both

Great stay at BB Angkor Residence. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the wifi as we needed to work remotely. The wifi was very reliable and fast. We managed to make video work calls without any issues. There was also two workspaces. The doorman was super friendly and worked very hard! Highly recommend, especially if you need someone to work remotely from.

Not a major thing but the sun beds were not in the sun.

It is a good hotel in terms of price-performance. The young staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I am not sure if the area is secure, but do not leave your credit card exposed in the room. Overall, I liked it a lot, and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel, just pay attention to security.

Faulty air conditioning in the room on the top floor - one must wait some hours to lower of the temperature after check-in and don’t switch aircon off when leaving the room.

Really veey spacious family apartment in a very good location (Short distance to everything, but in a relatively quiet street). Excellent swimming pool which, because there aren't very many rooms in the building, never gets busy. Also, very good sauna and steam rooms next to the pool. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Beds were firm, but a minor point as we still slept well during our stay.

Great value. Very lovely small hotel tucked away on Taphul Road, a short walk from Pub Street and lots of restaurants. Has large comfortable rooms, with good aircon and wifi. Pool is lovely; set in small, nicely kept area with plants. BB Restaurant next door does great food. Only ate breakfast there, but it was exceptional
