Had an awesome stay at hotel and they checked me in as soon as arrived so i could rest since i had an early morning flight. The staff os friendly and helpful with anything you need assistance with. Hotel is a walk from night market and Pub street that comes alive at night. I had an Angkor Wat sunrise tour and the staff made me breakfast pack to take with which i found thoughtful. Room size is big and the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast there's options to choose from and the food is delicious.

There are lots of geckos in Siem Reap but the staff responded swiftly when one came into my room, other than that there wasn't anything i did not like

The hotel staff upgraded us to a very nice larger room overlooking the Street. The pool looked quite pretty and was very well maintained.. The Hotel staff were all very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and service was also excellent by the ladies in the Restaurant area. Location was close to the expat bar area plus also markets in the area.

Our only disappointment was being charged $US5 ($AU8) for a face flannel that had some minor make up foundation marks on it that would’ve been easily washed and bleached as they were white based face flannels . There was a notice in the hotel room stating that No shoes would to be cleaned with towels and that a charge would be involved. There was no notification to say that any make up or other marks would be charged as well.We felt that paying eight dollars Australian for a small white washable based flannel with very inappropriate and disappointing. We do realise that this was not the Staff problem as they were all lovely but the HOTEL policy should be looked at by owners we would have been happy to pay for the cleaning which in Cambodia equates to $1 per kg for laundry

A 10-minute walk from Pub Street, the tuk-tuk ride costs 3000 riels. The hotel is very quiet and very clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast is exceptional and there is a large swimming pool as well as many spaces to relax. The staff is very friendly, smiley, polite, and welcoming, and there is an elevator available. No construction nearby.

The staff were very friendly, and personally, it is not usual for me, which made me a little uncomfortable. This is a testament to the Cambodian people and not a criticism.

The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & Spa was perfect for our family. The rooms were great and the meals were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the old market. They even arranged a private car and driver for us to Phnom Penh for a very reasonable price. Our daughter used their services for her visit to Angkor Wat. We were even given a parting gift of a scarf each. Tuk tuks are available through them or just outside the hotel.

Our stay started with a very warm welcome, some refreshing towels, Green Tea and a Cambodian dessert. For us, already a perfect start :) we've been lucky to receive a room upgrade. The room with view onto the pool was very large with a balcony, a big bed, a sofa, shower, toilet and even a bathtub. The breakfast consisted of different a la carte options (at least 10 options for western style and 10 asian Style) and various hot and cold drinks. We chose different food every day and it was always very good. The team helped us organize a tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. We definitely recommend to ask for Sovandy; he was the perfect driver. He is very friendly, always in a good mood, drives carefully and was our perfect match for the three days. We received cold water and refreshing towels during our trips. We are very sad to not being able to drive with him any more as our stay is over. It felt like leaving a friend behind. The Hotel TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube ;) the location of the hotel is perfect, only 10 min by foot to the Old Market. The pool was clean, the water temperature great for refreshing after a day at Angkor Wat. We felt very welcome as everyone in the hotel was always very friendly (we would say the kindness was the best part of our stay because it was outstanding), smiling, helpful - we even got greated by name :) we cannot but recommend you to book your stay at this place.

My wife and I recently spent a week at the Siem Riep Palace Hotel and we are already thinking of coming back again even though it literally took two days to fly to Siem Reap from New York (JFK). Everything about our experience was exceptional. The staff made us feel like a king and queen always helping us, greeting us and making us feel so at home. My wife uses a walker and there was always someone there to help us carry it up the stairs. The room was large and well-equipped, the swimming pool lovely and the location was very good, in the Wat Bo area on the other side of the river. It is a short walk from town and close to many shops and restaurants like Tevy's Place and the Khmer Grill. The breakfast was the best we ever experienced on a trip. So many delicious western and Asian dishes to choose from served with a smile by the lovely young ladies each morning. Everything was well-run and efficient including the tuk tuk rides to the Angkor Archaeological Area and suggested which places to visit and tours to take. I do miss the staff, the hotel, the town, the food and the whole atmosphere we experienced. With the new airport I expect there will be more frequent international connections in the future. I could have stayed longer

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the Siem Reap Palace hotel! Mr Randy and the other staff members were extremely attentive and made our holiday very special. We had car/tuk tuk drivers organised through the hotel for various trips to the temple complexes in the area, who where also excellent. The pool area was lovely and a welcome oasis away from from the Cambodian heat. The Aircon in the rooms was excellent, making our stay comfortable even at the hottest time of year. Overall, I would 100% recommend the Siem Reap Palace hotel to others looking for a relaxing place to stay in the area!

The best hotel we stayed during our stays in Asia, high standard, true 4*. The food was delicious, for breakfast we could choose one of many options together with drinks, and I am a picky eater, so believe me, it was great, you can always choose something. We ate once also a dinner in the hotel restaurant and also great food at good prices - cheaper than restaurants in the city center. Pool very nice, clean, warm temperature. We had a room without balcony and with windows without opening option, what was good for us, because we had no mosquito or any other animal in the room. I had bad experience in other hotels with ants, here no ants and no mosquito in the room, so highly appreciated. I saw there were also rooms with a balcony, so it is up to you what you prefer. Bed very confortable, also pillows.

Usually I have some points but now I honestly dont have. Maybe drinking water refill would be appreciated in the hotel but we received 2 small bottles every day.

Urban view double room: 2x double beds, lots of space, large shower. Perfect for our family of 4 (children aged 5y/o and 3y/o) Pool was perfect for children with a toddler paddle area at one end, coloured lights (rainbow lights miss 3y/o called them) for night swims and 2 spa/waterfall features. Food from the restaurant had a great mix of western and khmer dishes. The included breakfast is delicious! Very clean and our rooms were serviced daily. A hidden gem only a $1.25 tuktuk ride from the city centre and a 20-minute trip to Angkor Wat. Such a beautiful hotel that prides itself on its youth training and development, assisting young people from the country to support themsleves through university whilst also developing their workskills. I felt good supporting a local business that gives so much back to the community. We could not fault the customer service and all the staff were so kind to our children

Our only negative was that we didn't stay in Siem Reap longer as we soon found there was much more to see than the temples and what our 4 days would allow. We were sad to leave

The room was much bigger than we anticipated and very clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and it had this shallow alcove you could also sit and read in whilst in the water that was great - the food and drinks served both in the restaurant and poolside were always generous in portion size and very tasty. Good coffee and fantastic location - spoons and fellini are on the same street and I highly recommend checking them out. We had a sunrise tour one morning the the hotel provided us a breakfast to go which was really kind of them. The aircon was highly effective and its a short walk (like 10-15 mins) to pub street. It's also within the zone for hotel pickup for a lot of tours on get your guide so that was really handy too.

Unfortunately there was construction during the day next door so definitely a headphones moment a few times during our stay but the hotel was super courteous and let us know and I was going to be listening to music anyway so it didn't bother me - more of a heads up if anyone is heading there soon.
