Our stay at The Oasis Harbor Hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially those at the reception—Brohas and the other two team members (apologies for not recalling their names). Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. The hotel is perfectly located in the tranquil Wat Bo area, just a quick 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk or motorbike to the city center. Nearby, you’ll also find markets like Psar Leu, which adds to the convenience. The room was just what we needed—comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a functioning safe box (although my family experienced an issue with theirs in a different room). The pool was amazing, surrounded by lush greenery that made us feel like we were in a true oasis. Breakfast was another highlight—well-prepared, delicious, and with a generous portion size. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, location, and excellent service. Highly recommended!.

The only downside to our stay was the inconsistency with the hot water. Perhaps it was due to my own oversight or not switching something on, but the hot water supply was always a bit of a surprise—and not always a pleasant one. Sometimes it lasted just fine, other times it ran out very quickly, and occasionally, there was none at all. This was a minor inconvenience, but it’s something that could be improved for a smoother experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights. On arrival, we discovered that the safe in the room was broken but it was replaced. Everything was OK and clean including the towels. The breakfast is à la carte. You can choose from 3 different options. I would recommend it to those who want to stay in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. Our overall impression is positive.

The pool could’ve been cleaner. Honestly, I stopped going in because of that brown and stinky line where the water stops. I know that it’s because their pool doesn’t overflow but I think that it should be scrubbed more often to avoid it from being seen and felt. The mattress is hard as rock. The door…

We just love this place. Ended up staying there for two weeks. We got 5 star treatment as the staff are absolutely professional in their conduct and interaction. They are clearly professionally trained in all aspects of hospitality The facilities are all of luxury standard. The photos on their site are a true reflection of what you can expect to find. A short walk to the pub street area. A tuk-tuk driver is always available from right in front of the hotel. The staff as well as the tuk-tuk driver are all very respectful and well mannered. The swimming pool was always sparkling clean. So were the towels and sun beds at the pool area. If you opt for breakfast, know that you will be spoilt by choice. Be assured that you will get more than what you will expect for the price you pay.

Nothing not to like.

We liked it all. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. We could use the pool while we waited for our afternoon departure. The property was clean, nicely arranged & decorated. The pool was of good size and - except for some leaves that had fallen in - clean. The rooms were clean, very spacious and with big bathrooms. Everything worked. The breakfast was good & more than enough for us (- but some people in the comments seem to always expect a huge buffet?). You can hire scooters, e-bikes and bikes and of course the staff will organize guides & tours if you are looking for that. We hired 3 e-bikes which were super-fast (up to 50km/h!) but safely grounded on fat tires and very sturdy. So we explored the temple area by e-bike and once we got used to the traffic we thoroughly enjoyed that - as we did our whole stay at The Oasis Harbor! I will have friends visiting soon and I will make sure they stay at The Oasis when they go to Siem Reap. Thank you!

Can´t really think of anything. Our beds were a bit harder than average, but we like it that way.

The location, the plants around the pool, the staff, the quietness

The staff is very quickly overwhelmed; the manager mister Tra is very nice and able but he has to do everything in the hotel, including the cooking; the rest of the staff isn’t trained enough. Breakfast starts only at 7 o’clock and everybody comes at that time because they want to leave to Angkor but it took us 1 hour 30 mn to get breakfast on the first day and 1 hour on the second one with lots of things brought one by one and lots missing too. However, since everyone is very nice and the hotel has been quite affected during COVID we have to forgive them but they have to improve if they want the hotel to have the same standard as before. Not enough sun beds around the swimming pool.

The location is pretty quiet but not to far away fron the tourist areas (old market/night market). The staff did its best to make our stay comfortable (they changed our twin room to a kingsize bedroom with pool view).

The beds are really hard (as most of the times in Asia) and the description of the rooms with two beds say poolview, but they are looking on a wall because they are in a sideway away from the pool (they changed our room after the first two night as soon as there was another room free)

Without a question, it represents good value for money. A large, spacious room with a high ceiling, good air conditioning, efficient furnishing, a huge bathroom with a bathtub, and other amenities made our stay quite comfortable. The resort's tranquil and peaceful ambiance, as well as the lush foliage around our rooms and swimming pool, made us feel as if we were in an oasis. They serve an excellent breakfast. The staff was always courteous and helpful.  An unforgettable experience.

I highly recommend staying at the Oasis Harbor! It is a true oasis in bustling Siem Reap. It exceeded our expectations by far. It is a lovely boutique hotel, perfectly maintained and very clean! Lovely staff, the food in the restaurant is great, so we did not even want to go out! You will get a very high value for your money!

The spa room was closed, massages available in the rooms only. Would be great to have a little separate spa area!

I loved the food which I found very tasty and with good price. The room is excellent, and the location is great. But best of all is the treatment by the people from the hotel. The folks were amazing, and helped me from checkin to checkout, including an emergency laundry request. I fully recommend this hotel, where I could relax, sleep well, eat well, and feel good as a traveler and guest.

I could have stayed one more day, to taste more local food.

Comfortable quiet room, really comfortable big bed, spacious and strong shower, good wifi. Pool was nice to have. Our tuktuk driver "Mr. Cobra" was great, he picked us up and dropped us off to the airport and gave us a tour of Angkor Wat at sunrise. Would highly recommend requesting him.

The rooms are quite dark due to the tint on the only window and the corridor outside. The staff seemed young and inexperienced and often couldn't help with basic tasks or questions.
