The location was perfect for what we needed to do. We were in town to go to a family member birthday party. The pillows are soft and full and the coffee is great. The breakfast is short in variety and a lot of it is bland. The price is high. Last year we stayed 3 nights for 800 dollars, this year we paid 800 dollars for 2 nights. We thought last year was expensive. Its a good, clean friendly hotel but the prices are more for a fancy luxurious hotel.

Front desk staff were amazing. There was one girl wearing a sling. She took the time to book our cab and answered all our questions. Very friendly. There was one kitchen saff for the breakfast, not sure if it was Tuesday or Wednesday. She only worked the one day that week. She was very organized, always made sure everything was topped up.

Pool was way to cold to swim in.

Your staff was so accommodating. We had a few problems with our key cards and they were more than happy to help us out and fix it. I also liked how close we were to everything. We didn't have to go very far to fined food or if we needed to buy something small.

Unfortunately your pool was a little too cold for my son and didn't get to spend a lot of time in it before his lips turned blue.

It was a lovely offer to even be given a breakfast as the price was a great deal for the room already, I dont eat plain cheaper styles of food or processed eggs, I dont eat regular plain bread but I did appreciate having the tea in the morning, Im all about good quality and small portions of something delicious rather than all you can eat bulk, for example I would be happy with a good quality cheese and ham croissant and tea or a little fresh fruit like a quality grapefruit, so you see its me not you as I am not that style of a diner and I thank you for the option of even providing a breakfast in the first place to your guests that is very thoughtful.

If the pool temp was warmer we would have used it, maybe an incentive to stop off locally for breakfast or coffee at other businesses by partnering in promotions with those businesses and giving out a discount or incentive coupon to go there, of course they in turn promote your business too.

Great value! As always the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location of this place can’t be beat!

The pillows are quite horrible. Having only a choice between a very squishy pillow and an extremely firm overstuffed pillow is not ideal and almost guarantees a sore neck the next morning.

It was a convenient location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Third floor room was very quiet. Bedding was comfortable and adequate.

There was a Keurig in the room but there wasn’t a way to heat water for tea; although tea bags were provided. A small kettle or tea k-cups instead of bags would work. Heating water in paper cups in the microwave didn’t seem like a good option.

Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed. The breakfast was good, with decent choices and variety. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to Cross Iron mills as well as many good restaurant options within walking distance.

We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water for showers, had we been leaving that morning we would have been extremely upset. Thankfully by 1:00pm that day the hot water was restored.

Good selection for breakfast. Very clean from the pool area, hallways, stairway and even to the rooms.

Didn't like getting woke up to the sound semi truck backing up into COOP on the back side. Also website offers an option for a cot for the room, but we got a call the night before heading there that they don't carry any cots. So somebody had to share the bed LOL.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Jetted tub was on carpeted area of room (ick). Breakfast was very bad- quality and variety of food was poor and there were no staff in the room so they were not restocking (no bowls etc).

Felt very comfortable and homey at the comfort inn& suites.. staff were very friendly and courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable.. pull out bed in BAD shape , a new mattress would go a long way

Breakfast was quite substandard ..juice from juice machine was like water. Could of used more help with breakfast when the hotel was very busy. Also.would have liked a hot tub.
