Quiet room, friendly staff. The room is not big, but it has everything you need, a very comfortable bed

Technology: when I checked into the room, I thought I was in the 2000s, the TV is from 2012 and not smart, you can't watch YouTube on it or connect a PlayStation, it has the hotel software installed, only 6 devices can be connected to WiFi, the thermostat is from the 80s, a 4-mode knob that sticks out of the wall, only 2 paper cups and 4 napkins in the room, not designed for a long stay, the enamel on the bathtub is chipped - this is not very pleasant to see in a hotel of this class

Very nice restaurant, courtesy of the staff, comfort of the rooms, pool was smaller but clean and comfortable temperature.

I had called the week prior to schedule a shuttle from the airport. Found out within 5 minutes of designated pickup time that the shuttle would not be running and I was to take a taxi. Thankfully, I was able to get one. When we arrived, I paid the driver. Was notified by reception that the bill for the taxi would be reimbursed. I am grateful for the prompt resolution .

The staff at the lobby were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. The restaurant at the lobby level was practical, the food was good and priced correctly and the staff did great. Good pillows

I prefer the mattress to be firm and the one I got was too mushy. A sign at the entry of the restaurant to let people know they could just go in and sit wherever they want would be a lot better than wondering how it works. The restaurant is fancy enough you would expect someone to place you at a table.

The fellow that met us at the airport with shuttle was great, Kyle at the desk was great and my new best friend at restaurant attached gave me a 7a.m. coffee and pastry on the house with a beautiful smile. So appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer. T Y

We were misled by a 3rd party as to where the Premiere was located and we were too overtired to delay bedtime upon arrival at midnight. Not the hotels fault really

Restaurant was OK, fine if you are in need of food, but not the kind of place for a quiet romantic dinner…the background music choices were quite grating.

The rooms were excellent! Super clean and had everything we needed. We stay here usually once a year and it’s our little happy place. This time I was particularly great, as the pool service has seemed to improve. There was staff and maintenance in to check the pool several times an hour, and restock towels often. The maintenance man doing so was extremely friendly and asked us how the pool was and had a friend chat about our stay. It trullg made my day.

We were told we could pay with debit as long as they held $300, which we were fine with. The staff gave us a bit of flack about it and said how that wasn’t allowed but they would honour it. Which they also gave us the exact same speech about a year ago when we stayed. We do the diligence to call ahead and make sure it works, so I’m not sure why we should feel like we need to apologize when we go to pay for our room. Minor inconvenience, the place is always great when we go, just something I thought I should mention.

Hotel was beautifully clean and comfortable. Room was a great size for us as a couple. Hotel was next to the airport which was great for us as we didn’t want to stay in downtown, but was also right beside the hwy to Banff which we wanted. Hotel staff couldn’t of been friendlier and the man who checked us in couldn’t have helped us more (I didn’t get his name). the restaurant also had great food and opened late, and room service was available throughout the night.

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Bagage service was great. Check in went quick.

Went down to the restaurant and had the steak sandwich. Sandwich part was a total joke. Just one dry piece of toast with some soggy potato strings on it. Although it looks very close to downtown, still a 20 minute uber drive or 15 min walk to the nearest LRT. Shower head leaked.

There was a Canadian Tire nearby, so it was nice to go there to buy things I needed. The hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom, but the staff fixed the breaker and they were very kind. The room was very clean and cozy.

There was nothing particularly bad, but if I had to say one, the hotel was far from downtown.

We loved the pool. Since we were with the baby, I was glad the pool was not too deep. (1.5m) Lobby was beautiful too. Internet was fast and staff was friendly

The room only had lights on one side (towards the windows) so it was pretty dark. Really wish that the reception told us that we needed to punch the key to move the elevator. We were standing there pushing buttons for a minute figuring it out by ourselves. Also, we requested crib and it was not ready beforehand. We got it faily quickly tho.
