The breakfast package was delicious and very filling every morning. The pool and hot tub area have also been updated recently and were lovely to use after a day on the ski hills!

The Rooms and Lobby are a little dated in appearance but functionally and comfort wise we had no complaints. The heater works very well but it’s an on off system so it doesn’t automatically adjust to a certain temperature and the room can get quite warm if left on too long. Overall great bang for buck!

The hotel was clean and the reception staff was very helpful . The only reason I did not give the hotel rating 10 was because of our experience with the lady who was serving the breakfast . The person was not only rude but she refused to serve the tea at 9:30 am stating that they don't have any more tea. I had left my pancake in the plate to get the water bottle from my room as I was leaving the dining lounge she put the pancake back into the chefing dish .

Pet-friendliness; comfy beds; hot tub; breakfast; overall, the hotel and around (we walked the dogs across the entire territory that the hotel owns) is kept nice and clean

Hot tub didn't seem to be hot enough (but this can be our personal preference); industrial location (but close to anything else)

The room is okay, one lighting bulb was off, maybe the cleaning staff could have changed it before giving us the room. The breakfast system is hilarious. You have to give a breakfast voucher to the unkind lady in the breakfast room which is 10 meters from the check in desk. But you cannot get the voucher upon check-in, you have to ask it in the morning at the desk and bring it with you to the breakfast room. WHY?!

I enjoyed the service provided by the front desk staff and restaurant staff on-site during my stay, sadly I did not note down their names. Very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented.

The hot tub was not very hot, mind you, I do not know if there was a reason for that. The indicator sign to turn on the jets for the hot tub could be more clearly indicated, on one of the evenings I encountered a elderly couple in the hot tub who didn't know where to turn on the bubbles and were grateful I was able to show them. So perhaps some more clear indicated signage would be great.

The room's were spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, a coffee maker, a little fridge and a microwave. So much space! The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was a surprise! It had music and a disco ball, so much fun! The complementary breakfast was really yummy.

The fact that we have to go to front desk for keys to the pool, towels and to access the gym. The pool towels were super tiny. The pillows were uncomfortable and there's only one person at the front desk, so if there's any other person already being attended, had to wait until done to get the key and towels for the pool (for example).

Awesome breakfast! Not continental, but an actual restaurant where you can get your eggs prepared your style with a choice of sides or pancakes or a breakfast sandwich. Very nice! The swimming pool was large, warm and well lit. The family enjoyed it.

The breakfast was incredible. The staff was amazing. And while we were there, the parking situation was great.

It was unfortunate that the pool was not available for our stay. The hot tub after the hill would have been great.

The front desk staff are excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and clean

The restaurant is absolutely TERRIBLE, the food is awful, they need cooks in there that know how to cook
