We stayed in a very small but nicely refurbished old motel room associated with the "chalets." It was funky in a nice kind of way and very clean. We blew a fuse by using the coffee maker and portable air conditioner at the same time, but the manager and her husband were there to locate and fix the problem within minutes. The restaurant seemed to be newly reopened by a new owner who was trying to do way too much with way too little staff; however, the food - when we finally got it - was quite good and the bill - to our surprise - was correct. This place is very convenient to Waterton Lakes National Park, which we had visited before, so we enjoyed some nice hiking there as well as fantastic ice cream (twice) at Big Scoop on Main Street.

The check-in process was rather impersonal, and the office was never open after that. Also, the restaurant is apparently not associated with the motel office although it shares its space. Don't expect anyone in the restaurant to know anything about motel problems; just call the phone number posted on front door.

Our family loved the chalet. So much space for us, clean and lots of natural light which was extra relaxing. It was family-friendly, we feel like we're at home. The location is just along the road but we didn't even notice. We had a peaceful sleep.

The only thing I noticed could have been better was the kitchen and cooking utensils. The coffee-maker needed a wash, as well as the dish rack in the cupboard. Also, the frying pan needs a replacement, the non-stick film is coming off which isn't safe to use but I just didn't have a choice. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We ate our dinners at the Stone Baked Pizzeria connected with the Stardust and they were great. Super staff and very accommodating. We were very appreciative of the availability of the patio for our group gatherings.

We did not realize there was no cleaning service every day. We got new towels our 2nd day and then all was well. The Stardust people need to be around a little more, instead of leaving the checking in of people to the staff of the Pizzeria.

The interior layout of the 2 bedroom chalet is excellent. I loved the vaulted ceilings and wall to wall front windows!

I did not realize from the internet pictures that the chalets in fact were directly across from other chalets. They were in such close proximity that we had to close the blinds to ensure no one was looking into our unit from their unit. The chalets are lovely but their is a very real lack of privacy because they are so close together facing each other .

The chalets were nice and clean and the staff was super accommodative when we needed more blankets(PS:you can adjust the heat in your room if you prefer too).The coffee machine was a bonus! I also liked that there is an affordable restaurant on the property that closes late.It’s convenient!

I got hurt,by mistake, on the corner of the bed frame so just be careful when you visit.Besides this,we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend.

The chalet we stayed in for 3 nights was like new and exactly as the pictures depicted. Very comfortable!

Upon arrival it was very strange to us that we had to phone someone to come down to check us in, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes. The area was a little odd as it seemed to be in a more industrial area of the town when we expected it would be out of town a little.

Convenient location, good parking, and friendly staff accommodating an early checkin

1) Room was so warm it was difficult to sleep; on hot days suggest they leave AC running all day so guests are comfortable 2) Bathtub extremely slippery; suggest rubber bath mat 3) Rug adjacent to "wall/table side" of bed very thin and easily bunched up resulting in terrible TRIPPING HAZZARD

When our friends booked this we were a little sceptical based on the price. However, the rooms have everything you need for a stay. The staff were amazing. The ice cream at the attached restaurant was good.

Ice buckets are not in the rooms, you have to go over to the restaurant. Also there was a lot of sand in the parking lot that wasn’t great for motorcycle riding.

The staff were awesome and the restaurant was great. Unexpected live music on a Tuesday night was perfect. We ordered a bottle of white wine but unfortunately, it was actually a rose and when we brought it to their attention, they simply brought us a new bottle of white wine 'on the house'. The service was over and above.

The shower head was very low.. had to duck and the water sprayed out into the bathroom floor..

Upon arrival there was a few things that needed to be rectified. Upon talking with the staff they promptly fixed the issues and the stay was pleasant. Very happy overall the chalet was very nice inside and loved the balcony. I would stay there again. I was impressed by the efficient and friendly hotel manager
