Breakfast - excellent. Noticed the quality of furniture during breakie - very comfortable chairs. Sturdy tables! Very sound proof (we were very tired from driving!). Thought we had requested a disability room - front desk tried hard to accommodate us. Next time, we will remember this request as I (the spouse) have a walking & balance issue.

I would have liked another grab bar, & a toilet riser. Spouse would have preferred to have hardwood floor & no carpet.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful rest and enjoyed two mornings of delicious breakfast. Fitness room is a must for me, so this was great. We liked the view of the town and lights, rather than looking at a back alley.

There are no laundry bags in the room. It's minor, but almost all hotels have them. Not a good coffee maker, so we could not enjoy coffee without going downstairs.

The swimming pool and hot tub was great and clean and kids enjoyed it so much! Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows! Dove bodywash,shampoo and conditioner! Staff friendly

Breakfast, very limited compared to other places, eggs,sausage,hashbrowns,bread and yogurt (sausage was too spicy to give to kids) and a bit of a wait for more food so ended just buying breakfast nearby.. Room was a bit outdated and air conditioner loud..

Standard hotel breakfast with bagels, juice, toast, yogurt and coffee. Very comfortable rooms with a little microwave and Keurig type coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable with nice soft linens. Nice big Hot Tub for about 10 people. Water slide for the kids.

Can't think of much. It was a great place to stay overnight on the way to Drumheller. Can get a bit noisy with all the kids in the pool but that's to be expected.

We were in Strathmore due to all hotels being booked in Calgary, it was a stressful trip for us due to a sudden death in our family and this hotel turned out be so welcoming. We finished our business earlier than expected and the staff at the hotel as well as at booking Com were extremely accomodating at helping us change out checkout date. We were very impressed with the facility, very clean, very comfortable, amazing staff

The staff was busy , however very courtious. Room was clean and well laid out. unfortunate did not use the pool although the intentions were most certainly there.It was a busy night w the wonderful young ppl out there for their sports tournaments. it was amazingly quiet after 8 :30 -9 pm which gave us a good nights rest. breakfast was wonderful!!

Good breakfast and Parking and right on Transcanada hwy.

I asked for a room change but the staff immediately said that there's none available without even trying to look in the computer.Later we met a couple in the elevator moving to another floor and they said that their room wasn't ready so staff gave them another vacant room . What do you think we felt?

Overall, very happy with everything, only reason they didn't get 5 stars is I had requested a wake-up call for 14:15 sat afternoon, did not receive, was able to get up, but if I had missed my son's wedding, would have been a bad review, but I got up & everything turned out fine😊😊😊

Lovely quiet spacious room on top floor with super comfy beds. Great breakfast. Convenient to nearby stores, and some restaurants. Easy access to Trans Canada highway.

The pool with the slide was crazy busy on the Saturday so any expectations of a quiet relaxing dip was out of the question. The two treadmills in the fitness room needed servicing. One track was unusable and the other machine had a minimum speed of 3.1 to start and didnt respond to inputs.

Stayed for a weekend had a great visit. Room was nice and spacious, shower was the right size for my tall husband. Pool area was nice and everything was very clean. Staff was nice and courteous.

Breakfast was good but there could have been a bit more selection like a pancake station.
