Suite was very comfortable. Dining room pleasantly affordable and very good.

Only 1 elevator for the entire section of the hotel. Even in off season, it was pretty busy and waits for the elevator were obnoxiously long. Second, the bathtub was very, very slippery. At least ours was a lawsuit waiting to happen. After my husband took a shower, I didn't dare to take one. My balance isn't the best and I didn't want to hurt myself at the beginning of my vacation.

The king size bed. The easy access to the hill. The friendly staff. The underground parking. The water cooler was a nice touch. The outdoor pool and hot tub is bonus.

We were there four nights and we were given one t towel and dishcloth...please easy fix this. Also a small blender would be appreciated. The toilet nearly backed up...a plunger would save you a lot of money. The elevator needs upgrading and you need more suitcase carts.

Super comfortable beds & pillows. Clean pool & change rooms. Very handy kitchen tools & plates, bowls. Loved the BBQs available. Beautiful views from the double-sided balcony. Quiet. Felt like a home!

Phone and bedside lamp didn't work in king bed bedroom. Not enough towels for the amount of people booked. Could've had more blankets for the sofa bed. Muffins or bagels for breakfast would've been nice.

This is a ski lodge that is probably super busy in the winter but quiet for the summer. My husband and I had been driving for four days. We booked this hotel and the minute we walked in the hotel and room we booked an extra night. So glad we did! Great view from the room on the balcony, clean one bedroom condo. Loved it and would definitely go back. Downtown pizza place was delicious

Such an adorable resort. I loved the rustic decor and the location tucked in the mountains. The pool was my absolute favourite. It has an outdoor cold pool, a hot tub and an even hotter tub. It was a surreal experience to sit outside with the sun setting, looking at the mountains, a deer hiding in the grass and feeling a light drizzle of rain. Our suite had a kitchen, table, fireplace and living room. The couch was oversized and comfortable. Our balcony provided breath taking views.

I wish the pool and fitness centre was open earlier, according to the signs they are open from 9am to 9pm. 9am is a little late to start working out, especially if you are checking out that same day. The onsite restaurant did not serve breakfast. The closest place is the golf course restaurant up the road. Since we had to leave to eat breakfast, we ended up checking out early. You could always buy groceries and make your own meal in your room if you were staying for a few days .

The room was comfortable and the pool was great. The staff were super friendly !

The kitchen basics were there however it could have used a few extra things- like regular sized wine glasses, the bathroom fan was quite loud , would have liked a separate switch, just trivial things , nothing major.

King suite was very spacious, bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was nice to have for visiting with family. Pool and hot tubs were not too busy and great to have on site

It would have been nice to have a restaurant for breakfast in the facility, but we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts at the Trickle Creek Golf Course clubhouse. There seemed to be a cigarette smell a few times when we were walking down the hallway

I've stayed here many times. I think it's the best value in the area during the season lull between skiing and golf when rates are reduced.

The hotel isn't new and they keep it in good shape. However, the parking garage door was problematic for two days. Also, I had a problem with the ceiling fan in the bathroom leaking water. I'm not sure when the hallways were last vacuumed. Also, there was no housekeeping service because of the Covid precautions. None of these were deal breakers for me. If my wife was travelling with me on this trip to visit family, she likely would have unhappy. It is still my go-to hotel when the rates are reasonable.

Superb location for ski in/ski out. Easy to go back to the room at any time. Lovely views and amenities. I’m

The kitchen was a bit sparse for what they provided- pans, plates, glasses, etc. Luckily I brought along a good knife, cheese grater, s&p, olive oil and extra tea towels.
