The wet sauna was an added bonus. Rooms were clean and sound proof. Building was in great shape for its age

The general pool was under renovation. After booking this property, to show up to pay and get tagged for an extra $27 a night “resort fee” was underhanded especially when 2 of the pools were under renovations. I did not see the extra fee when booking and was basically told it was in the fine print which made the rooms in total a lot more expensive and I don’t know if we would have stayed there because of it.

This is a great place to spend a couple of nights. In addition to the hot springs themselves, there are other activated for people to do, for example, the zip line. The choice of 2 restaurants (plus a cafe) means that there's probably something for everyone.

Although the room was comfortable, the resort was looking a bit tired. Parts of our balcony were a bit bouncy, and the main hot pool needs some TLC. Having a few EV chargers would be a welcome addition.

Beautiful location with 360 degree views. Lots of options for things to do - or not as you can also simply kick back and soak in the scenery. We enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub which was a lot quieter than the big pool. Good dinner and breakfast although next time we may choose to use the kitchen facilities in the cabin.

The fancy restaurant (Antlers) was not open for dinner. Not sure whether that is a seasonal thing, lack of staff or ... Menu choices in the less fancy bar/grill were good but limited.

Too expensive. Location great

Not enough beach space. Too much beer garden space. Paper scan for lodge guests. Pain in the butt to go from lounger chairs to go swimming . Scan everything. No where to out paper while swimming. Maybe Lodge guests could also get wrist bands Miss the bed and breakfast special. With cost of rooms gone up significantly. Buffet too expensive to feed a family. Plus most food at resort over priced. Ended up making our own

disappoint- when we arrive small pool was under constriction Mi very often visit Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and spend time in small pool not to many people. I just was surprise Resort cant give for us any discount (money) because they even can upgraded my room because was full. We are seniors and resort can treat us much better with some discounts We stay 4 day - 3 nights

The Antlers restaurant has absolutely fabulous food.

It is a lovely treat for us to come to Fairmont Hot Springs resort. But asking $440 per night for an ordinary room with two queen size beds is a bit excessive. We hope to get a better price next time. Otherwise it is great and we enjoy the pools. They were way more crowded than last year but still OK. At Antlers restaurant, we waited (no joking) for over 1.5 hours for food. We were a group of 8 adults plus children.

Wonderful to be back at Fairmont after Covid! Pools, all outdoor, were awesome. Scenery also awesome! With kids, so wonderful to be able to use the facilities and programs for them. Introduced them to mini golf, which they loved, archery, which went well, campfire and s'mores! LOVED the staff for the kids programs. They were friendly, helpful, good at interacting with children. Wish everything (horseback riding and rafting) had been available, but we were too early in the season.

Some facilities (horseback riding, rafting) and in-town restaurants still closed from covid or from visiting too early in the year. Sometimes a bit of wait to access outdoor tables at their restaurants, but food and service once there were great!

The food was great, service was a bit slow but good overall.

I paid a bit extra on booking for the Deluxe Queen Room with mountain view (versus the double queen with pool view) but was advised that the pool view room was actually the best room there (also with mountain view). All in short, I paid extra $$$ to downgrade my room type. The room description was misleading on booking.

We loved that the room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The temperature of the pools was perfect for our family. The staff were helpful and warm and great with our kids.

The only critique that we have is the paper tickets to use at the pools. It was challenging to keep paper tickets dry and in working order. I would suggest being able to use room keys to get in to public pools as well or having a wristband

A nice charming property. Good restaurant.on site. An excellent chef. All meals were superb. Toiletries were good quality

The access to the rooms us difficult . For our rooms we needed to go around the property to a different wing then take an elevator , change levels to another elevator , go up a slight incline and a long carpeted winding corridor . Extremely inconvenient. The hotel employs no housekeeping staff and you need to retrace the same long route to get back to reception to get any extras like a soap or towel . Highly annoying for a premium hotel We forgot something in the room and called the hotel multiple times and left messages on voice mail. Then mailed them too. No response atall. Highly disappointing.
