The information, shared about the facility location of the pool, laundry, and room where, and how to get there.

When visiting from out of town, it's nice to know the layout of the land, in other words things we might be looking for like stores, malls (if any or near by) and other things. The staff though was very curteous and we felt welcomed. There is little room near the entryway, for finding a parking space when a truck is blocking access, which one was when the driver was at the front desk. Fortunately we found a spot before having to pass through.

Location: Easy access from main hwy coming into Kamloops and close to medical appointments and Hospital. All staff were accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast room is large and comfortable. The food area is also spacious and food is always fresh and topped up. The best part of the morning in the continental breakfast, is the amazing Gina!! Her personality and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. She engages with the customers, smiles while cleaning and keeping the area clean and food filled. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Doris Kilba

The parking is tight for maneuvering large trucks. But that was it.

The king suite was great Lots of room. Premium small Refrigerator and separate freezer. The bed was super comply. The couch was comfortable. More room than most hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was not a lot better than other hotels, but it was served in a more posh environment. The AC was tied to a thermostat and not too noisy. The exercise room was not huge but modern and adequate. Kamloops was built on hills and much larger than I expected. The Lobby and downstairs seating areas looked very nice. The stairway was inviting.

The pool was fairly large and indoor but was a bit stuffy/humid like many indoor pools. The food selection was similar to most Hotels and the food area was rather small, but the eating area was large.

The breakfast was excellent. The surroundings attractive, comfortable and family friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very accommodating. Super friendly. The price was right on, and the location is easy to find. Will definitely stay again and again.

It had been 5 months since we stayed in a hotel,so we were unacustomed to the noise level . The decor was more modern than our taste . The desk chair should be replaced with something more comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice size bathroom and it also had a separate coffee/sink bar with a mini fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast included as well. It was very clean and the location is excellent. It is close to Costco, the shopping mall and anything you need.

Parking can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

I was looking for location, cleanliness and breakfast included - I found great staff, specially the two people on the breakfast that was kind and super helpful, Gina and Eghosa. Breakfast has great options. Room was clean, well maintained , bed was confortable. Swimming pool was a plus, it was also clean and well maintained.

I requested a room with bathtub instead shower, I sent the request. I just wish that front desk would have told me that was not available or something. Just felt like he even checked my note.

It was clean, staff went above and beyond to accommodate my large family. Pool was so fun, my kids had a blast while I was able to relax! (always a 10 in my books). Our beds were comfortable. On Christmas Eve I requested a room clean, and the staff stayed late to complete! The breakfast was delicious, while pretty much the same each day, I wasn’t tired of it after 5 days. Selection was large, and hot food was cooked well. Travelling with small children is sometimes stressful, but not in this hotel. Rooms seemed fairly soundproof, so I wasn’t worried about them disturbing other people staying.

We experienced a windshield crack accident for our rental car on the way to Hampton Inn. The front end staff (Ms Srijana) sincerely provided us two different types strong plastic tape and the scissors for a temporary protection for safety for the following few days of our trip. Thank you so much for Ms Srijana and her customer-oriented services attitude !

The breakfast was great, the ladies working in the breakfast area were so nice! The location felt safe, and had nice views. It was clean. We appreciated there was a pool and hot tub.

When we arrived the parking lot was full so we were told to park at a nearby restaurant, which was ok, but I just wish they had more parking in their own lot.

Our 8 year old loved the water slide! The included breakfast was quite good with two waffle irons. Room was very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. The TV had a USB port so you can use your own chromecast or fire stick, which was a nice added bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful. and they’re pet friendly!

The hot tub could have been a bit cleaner, and would have been nice to have real utensils and plates for breakfast. it didn’t feel great to be throwing away so much plastic. otherwise, amazing!
