Loved the hotel. Very clean. The room was cleaned every day. The towels were changed every day.The staff was super friendly. We were staying with a dog, and we got a treat every time we were in the lobby. The pool, the gym, everything was very clean , and my family and I enjoyed it every day. The hotel has washing and dryer machines and the ice machines. The location is AMAZING!!! Everything is super close. All the stores, the restaurants, coffee shops, Costco, superstore, Walmart, etc..... It takes only 10 min driving downtown from the hotel.

Unfortunately, the mattresses in the room are very poor quality.

Modern & clean. Was close to airport with a free shuttle service. Breakfast staff were attentive, friendly & efficient at clearing up after messy young people. Good breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Manager set up the wifi for me on my laptop & one young lady on reception let us use her personal phone to contact a nearby relative as we could not get through on hotel phone. It was very good of her. There are restaurants across the car park at the front of the hotel.

Sharing breakfast with about 50 young people staying at the hotel! Hotel accommodates lots of teams playing sport. They were quiet at night though.

Breakfast was decent. Good selection, lots of space and they opened more tables with the number of sports teams that were staying at the hotel. Staff that was dealing with the breakfast bar are what made it the cut above.

cheese omlettes were a little on the cold side,, toast had to be run through twice to get anything beyond warm bread drinking in the pool area....10-12 guests took over the hot tub as their day drinking spot. Signs posted stating no food or drink in the pool area was ignored. Management asked that they stop, clean up the cans of alcohol be cleaned up. He individuals in question responded to management with the belief that is no one complained they should be able to take over the pool and hot tub and force other guests out, as long as no one was complaining about them.

Location was great, close to everything. The price is competitive in the area. The two attendants at the breakfast buffet were working hard made our breakfast enjoyable, especially the bald gentleman was very attentive and communicating with all guests (He really deserves a raise!).

The unpleasant smell like an air freshener came through the vent, I had to turn the A/C off. We found some kind of powder looks like ash on A/C unit. The scramble eggs weren't great, didn't taste like real eggs.

Room service was very prompt, you always knew they were there. Complimentary breakfast and extremely friendly staff who always greeted happily and said good morning, even saw us taking less food and and made us pancakes and more! The location is great with free parking. Fast elevator. Pool and hot tub were very clean and had change rooms and shower head to rinse off! Very quiet as well. Great stay!

A good addition would be a chrome cast to connect to for Netflix/etc, or a smarter TV, as well as rooms were not very sound proof, we had a room with the attached door in the middle (it was only us two travelling), could hear next to us by door which was close to our bathroom which wasn’t very ideal.

Building and room is very clean, feels brand new. Room was also very big, plenty of space for all your luggage. Lot's of parking outside. Breakfast was also okay, cold and hot options but a bit basic. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful, big shout-out to them! Location is also good, lots of places within walking distance.

The bathroom door made an awful sound everytime we tried to close it. The bed was also very screechy.

Staff were great, very friendly and approachable. There's also a small gym and a swimming pool. My little nephews had so much fun swimming! There is a lot of variety for their breakfast also. 👌🏻

My family booked 3 rooms. We needed 1 room for pets since we have 1 dog. The entire pet floor had a huge smelly dog smell. The room had an even more pungent smell. I supposed pets just smell, it's hard to maintain. But maybe provide some air freshener in those rooms 🥲

The Breakfast was excellent except for one of the female servers on Mon & Tues. The male server was very good! On Wed there was a different female server & she was top drawer. The first female referenced to was somewhat rude, especially when folks were advised that the breakfast counter was closing off for the morning. The only unpleasant part of the entire experience.

When we arrived at the hotel our rooms were at different floors, the reception staff was very kind to get our rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean. We had lots of fun in the pool too.

Only downside was the staff at the breakfast lounge was kind of rude. One was very nice and greeting the guest but the other one was rushing us to eat so she can clean the table.

Convenient location, very clean throughout, free breakfast was awesome with hot & cold items to choose from, indoor hot tub and pool

Upgrading to 2-ply toilet paper and a handheld shower would be amazing! These are the only improvements that I could see being needed.
