Location is great, friendly staff and room is very neat

Location was great for the family activities for the weekend. Breakfast provided was good, simple items like pancake machine, ham, toast, fruit and cereals provided. Good Juice and coffee selection. Rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful when needed (Needed some TP and towels and was easy).

Hotels is getting old, TV needs to be replaced (Lines in screen due to age) and outside area is in desperate need of renovation (Fence coming down etc. Nothing to major as rooms were clean and good location. I am not here to watch TV but the items add up when you look around the hotel.

I like that the location is very convenient to the pathway to the Capilano Mall, Royal Park Mall, and Ambleside Beach Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For instead, apparently my reservation was mistakenly cancelled, when I had not cancelled. The young lady the at checking was very pleasant and friendly, to re-enter my reservation at the same price when I had booked my reservation.

There wasn't alot to dislike except for the cleaning of the room looked like it was cleaned really quick as there was things missed. For I had clean the toilet and tub before i used it. As well, we had to pick up some garage that was left in the room.

Included breakfast had more variety than usual (pastries - including oven to heat them, fruit); staff was always busy cleaning and restocking. Our room was in the newly renovated block across from the reception. Very clean and "new". Close to Vancouver Downtown, Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge, ... Shops and restaurants close by, some in walking distance. Always friendly and attentive staff.

Getting to Vancouver Downtown requires crossing Lions Gate Bridge, which is a bottleneck with a lot of traffic depending on time/day.

The staff was friendly and helpful with our request. Even though we arrived later than intended, the staff accommodated our needs.

I was traveling with 2 friends and both rooms were booked at the same time. However, we were separated from each other, They had a room on second floor adjacent to the main parking lot entrance. My room assignment was on the opposite side of the property and farther away. Although, it was a one-night stop over, We ended up in separate areas. The only other complaint was for the price - over $300 Can for our one night stay - the hotel appeared to be dated and was showing a little wear.

Great front office staff to work with. They helped with lots of our area questions and kept the laundry area open for us after their normal hours to help us out with a late load. They have a great hot breakfast selection and variety (bagels, ham, danish, pancakes, fresh fruit, etc.) and on site attendant to keep everything filled & clean. They also had an outside heated eating area that was great start to our day. Our room was very clean, we were able to park in front and they had solid Wifi.

The motel is off of a very busy main road and can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the motel lot. Also, part of the motel is under construction with several dumpsters near the entrance. This was not an issue for us because the active housing area was far removed and there was no noise or dust at all. You should note that there were no walkable stores or restaurants near by...everything required a car ride.

The location of the hotel. This hotel is located just north of Marine Drive on Capilano Road in North Vancouver. The hotel also has back road access to Garden Avenue which makes getting onto Marine Drive very easy. A walking trail north of the hotel, follows a path to a local shopping mall near Pemberton Avenue. The hotel is in the midst of renovations and upgrades. The temporary, tented outdoor breakfast nook was very comfortable.

This hotel is visually dated in its design and amenities. Looking forward to the next visit with hopefully the renovations completed.

Rooms were very clean, and sheets were nice and crisp! Rooms had mini fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker, and mini TV. It's a dated motel, but it looks like they are renovating one side. It was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. TV could be updated along with the mattresses. But we enjoyed our restful sleep!! We would definitely stay again and do recommend this hotel. There was a breakfast available from 7-9 am. It was very bust best to get there early.

Nothing, the hotel is older, so things are expected to be dated, but super clean and comfortable.

Despite being in North Vancouver, the hotel is near to major highways. Getting to other parts of the city is very easy--just a cheap Uber or taxi ride away. The neighbourhood is walkable and fairly quiet except the main street running along the front of the hotel. There were good restaurants and amenities nearby, but no night life to speak of. The hotel room was well-furnished with comfy beds, quiet AC, a microwave and a mini fridge.

The hotel met my expectations as a budget accommodation in Vancouver. It could use a visual update as the look is quite old fashioned. It may be noisy for rooms closest to the busy street.

Comfy beds and great parking outside. The breakfast was fantastic and a highlight of the stay! Close to sights like grouse mountain and Capilano suspension bridge. Great place to stay to begin sea to sky highway road trip!

Quite far out of vancouver city but easily accessible by car or uber if that doesn't bother you.
