The location is amazing if you have room with views across the harbour. The location is also good if you are going or coming off a cruise as it is above the terminal so a very easy walk under cover and no need for taxis. Also good for sightseeing and bars and restaurants as all within walking distance or there is a hop on hop of bus just outside which is worth doing. The breakfast was very good. Also a nice bar area. There is also a nice outside pool area with plenty of seating.

Lamps in room were hard to turn on and off. Jacuzzi not working that well.

Loved the location. Waterfront train station is right there. Everyone in the hotel is kind and friendly. Room was clean. Loved the rainfall shower head.

Even though there were so many pillows on my bed, the 3 dedicated to sleeping with were all way too soft. For sure needed a firmer pillow And I don’t love that the hot tub is so small and that the pool and hot tub are exposed to outside. You’d think for the price you pay, and the space that they have that they could triple the size of their hot tub and build a covered area so that when it’s raining (as it usually is in Vancouver) that you can enjoy your time in those facilities

The staff are warm, professional and excellent. I love the classic decor, the warmth of wood, gleaming brass, inviting spaces. It is not trendy, thank goodness; it is elegant and warm. There is a sense of generosity in the room setup, which included wine glasses, corkscrew and everything one might need to make a good Italian coffee or a lovely tea. The desk and drawers are not cheap plasticized pieces, but solid, made of real wood. It is a nice touch. We had a lovely view. We loved the jazz night in the lounge. Loved the elevated atmosphere. It is a beautiful place. Perfect for us.

Not crazy about the fragrance of the scented soaps, body wash and shampoo. I could not use any of the scented products because I could not abide the smell. An unscented choice would be nice.

The Pan Pacific hotel room we enjoyed overlooked Vancouver harbor. Our cruise ship was parked right outside our window on the 18th floor. We enjoyed the Harbor Air seaplanes taking off and landing every five minutes. Those planes are what I most remember about the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Vancouver. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Olympic cauldron, the convention center, and everything else you could want. There's also a free shuttle bus that stops in front of the Pan Pacific that will transport you to places like the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.

Not a thing.

The room was great, very spacious, clean, comfortable, good shower and the staff were very professional. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, although at additional cost. The hotel was connected to the cruise terminal so I didn't need to travel far to join my ship which is why I chose it.

The room was surprisingly noisy despite being on the 16th floor, I could hear traffic all night. Finally discovered that there were floor level small windows that were left open. However, even after closing the windows I could still hear the traffic but by that point it was too late to get back to sleep.

I went back and forth with where to stay pre-cruise in Vancouver and had another hotel booked, however not knowing much about Vancouver, I wanted to be close to the cruise terminal. Pan Pacific was literally on top of it! While the price is high, it was well worth it! We had a corner room with a fabulous view of the bay as well as the city including 'the drop" sculpture. The food court was literally in the basement. Access to everything was at hand and the staff was amazing! I will most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this facility!

They did not have any queen rooms available- only double bed or King. No middle ground.

My wife and I loved the lounge on the 23rd floor. This was a great remedy for the frig shortcoming below. Food was very good and the "open all day" format made our stay super flexible. I would definitely recommend the lounge option for all guests. For me, the bed was super comfy. Everyone was so polite and tried to go the extra mile. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

The room didn't have a MW to heat up leftovers from 5 Sails restaurant. Sounds snobby but eating cold Filet Mignon from 5 Sales restaurant is not so enjoyable. The room frig also didn't get very cold. Lastly, the A/C unit was loud. To be clear, the A/C was equal to or quieter than 95% of all other hotels we have ever visited but we had recently experienced super quiet A/C elsewhere. In my opinion, this hotel deserves the same.

The room was spacious (9th floor, harbor/pool view) and comfortable. The bed were great and views excellent. The hotel is in the Canada Place center so very convenient for sightseeing, food, etc.

No breakfast included. Waterplanes! They start running at 8am and they make a lot of noise - and polluted the area so much that it is unconformable walking around. There are also many cruise ships - polluting more, but at least do not create noise

Sweeping bay views from my room on second to highest floor (22?). Room was impeccably clean. Big rain showerhead was nice. Walking distance to cafes, shops, etc.

"Hot" tub was cool water and jets didn't work - very disappointing. Location next to the cruise terminal is very busy and Uber wouldn't pick me up there. Cold reception instead of a warm welcome. Female front desk employee with mask was unfriendly and talked very fast - hard to understand. Bar area simple food, okay but not great, and loud music in large speakers throughout a small area was overkill.
